I am glad we re signed Angelo Crowell, although we don't know the terms. What scares the hell out of me though is the thought that a guy who is days away from getting axed is signing guys. The two don't seem to go together do they? I mean if I'm canning someone, he is not dotting anymore I's or crossing any more T's except for the letter that states he has returned his car and will be getting his final pay check in full. Please, Please tell me I'm wrong I just cant envision as screwed up as this entire organization is that these guys stay.

Where are you??? Kilgore is a long time, kiss ass, apologist that belongs in a market like ours.

70,000 plus. I expect it to be a full house if for no other reason than it's a Saturday night game.

Screw it all anyway, it's Saturday Night

I would just like to say to the people wearing orange, whatever. That's what the call in shows are for jerks! I do plan to make my voice heard, but it will also be heard that I am a loud and proud Buffalo guy! Remember this is our last whoo hoo until next year and I plan on enjoying it and berating two individuals while I am having my fun. But I am not going to wear orange. I am not a Broncos fan! May I suggest that if you wear orange in protest, that you also get your face painted red, white and blue? Go Bills! -
Ah yes, WTF indeed? Tease that he will be the next HC and then lay out reasons why he blows. Hard! And he should not be mentioned as even a DC. Meh, I am wasting space and since I was born in Canada, I would like to apologize now. Sorry.

I am going to the game Saturday and sitting in the Van club. I don't care what the weather will be, and now I don't care what the team will be like. I am done with them until the regime change anyway at this point. They are no longer going to anger me, just continue to amaze me I swear that I will give the team the appropriate send off for this being the last home game and first Saturday Night game. As bad as it is, how could you not have fun at this game? And besides I may never get another chance to see TD and say, I am embarassed to have you as part of this community. See Ya JERK!

I thought I saw on tv the day Ralph came into town to talk to Moulds that he was driving away from the airport alone which a) surprised the hell out of me and b) scared the hell out of me as I was on the road around that time Can anyone confirm if he drives alone when he comes here? I can't believe that someone with his money, no doubt private jet, and given his age would still be driving on a trip. If he was, Marv probably is a legitamate HC candidate given his much younger status.

Why is the Fina tag sticking in my head so much? Did they change the rule somewher along the way after we tagged him?
-
I plead ignorance and drunkeness having forgotten about PP. But Clayton is the one saying the cap number is going down, doesn't that in turn mean that the cap number will be going up? I ask forgiveness in forgetting about Peeerless though. (thinking to myself, idiot

what's the deal with JP's injury??
beerme1 replied to Corp000085's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
This is an easy one. Moulds is returning and just like how some pitchers in baseball like to use one guys as their catcher, Moulds has decided to do the same thing. We will be rotating qb's against Denver when MM calls a pass to Em. What can be used to explain his accuracy the rest of the season though? -
That's cool But I am willing to say Winfield is a better tackler. Who was our last franchised player? I think it was Fina. It is big thing to do. I . But I am not saying that if that lower cap number is reality, that it wont happen. I am saying if the higher cap number is reality, it wont happen.
-
Well I certainly agree with you. Willis seemed to be as good as anyone I have ever seen utilizing the stiff arm. I don't recall going wow, that was awesome at all this year.
-
No I don't think I am kidding you. If these cap numbers are correct, do you think someone is still lining up to pay him Winfield type money? Especially after the year he has put forth? If you are a GM and doing your homework there are some things that would scare you or an owner away from lining up to dump that kind of money on him. Jacksonville game last year is one, and then when most guys stand tall knowing it's a contract year, he dies on the vine and gets To.rched, Lit Up repeatedly. Maybe a TD type is lining up for him but imo, his stock has dropped dramatically. A 6' something 200 poundish corner who can tackle with speed? Well ya, sometimes and then others he just gets Torched.

Does anyone ever read existing thread titles?
beerme1 replied to Nervous Guy's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I started a thread the other day and then later saw a similar thread and was more than happy to let mine die. Sorry bout that. But then again, isn't that what a board is for? Redundancy, over and over, again and again -
There will be no need to franchise him. He's not worth that kind of money. Even the lowered amount. Nate will not be getting Winfield money, so it will be an interesting process to watch unfold but remember there is a disadvantage to franchi sing someone, we cant do it again for 5 years I think, not sure though. So we need to save tag for Willis in two years and then trade his sorry ass for who knows what Wow think of all the ways TD could screw this up if given the opportunity.
-
Well then, it looks like I have a job to do
-
Ya, I don't like Donn Esmonde either!
-
Listening to clips on the radio TD sounds like he is being humble which, we know is not his style at all. This is either because he has had a miraculous change in personality overnight or he has come to the conclusion that he really will be moving on in a few weeks. Hey Tom, you really will be moving on in a few weeks. See ya. JERK.

another sure sign of TD's imminent demise
beerme1 replied to dave mcbride's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
So you want to cut him?? Or ask him to renegotiate before he even hits the field because you don't think he will be the same guy?? WTF?? -

Why do you bring up Spikes? Are you suggesting he is asking too much? He has a contract no???? Why do you bring up Spikes? -
Mike Williams.... why is he a bust?

You don't think McNally is a good coach? -
Crickets... I agree with this and want to tell anyone touting Flutie for anything, Crickets...Crickets...Crickets...Crickets...Crickets...Crickets...Crickets...Crickets... Although he was great in the CFL wasn't he? Why yes! But who cares? Not even Canadians care!! Crickets...Crickets...Crickets...Crickets...Crickets...Crickets...Crickets...Crickets...And they care about all the little things in the world!! More crickets!!!

We're bad, but we could easily be 6-6.
beerme1 replied to TC in St. Louis's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Great, but if we have the same coach at the helm as those bumbling losses you mention, and the bumbling loses we had last year why would you have any confidence that we are going to beat the champs even in their sorry state combined with our sorry state this weekend? I think we are going to get Bruschied! Yuch. -
Mike Williams.... why is he a bust?
beerme1 replied to MartyBall4Buffalo's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
OK, I will begin here: I have been a big supporter of Mike. I was giddy when we drafted him! But as I mentioned in a different thread I was also jumping for joy when we went and got Drew! Howd that work out for us? I think JJ is a great OL but he had a history of high ankle sprains and some other nagging injuries didn't he? Money is money man and you have to spend it appropiately. TD has decided many players aren't worth what they want. JJ and Winfield come to mind right off the top. And he was right on those calls. Yes I said TD did something right! Why do you draw an exception for MW and not JJ???? Or maybe you did but JJ is just not todays news? Rueben has been fine for his new team also. Although unlike so many superficial athletes, Rueben actually cared about us and our community and continues to do so by coming back here annualy long after he is gone. Hmmmmmmmmm, are we starting to see a trend here? Your boy chases our boys out of here so I would expect that you would expect MW to be leaving. WTF????? Our welll repsected and world reknown OL coach cant help him? Sure as hell makes me think that qualiefies him as a BUST. Rueben, Moulds, Shaw, Adams probably, JJ, Pat Williams, Winfield etc. etc. etc. And here you are lucky guy hitting free agency and TD calls you and asks you if you want to be a part of this fine organization? Ya you're right Mike will probably be a star somewhere. But I doubt it will be in the NFL. Too bad, I liked him. I thought he had great quickness and extremely fast feet for a big man. Too bad. Although like Flutie, he may make a great CFL player Next? Oh and if he's not here due to his salary, yet again shame on TD for that situation. It's his guy isn't it? -
What GM Would Be Interested in Buffalo
beerme1 replied to RochBillsFan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Feeling better now, thanks!
