  1. I misread the title and thought the NFL finally legislated that brady is untouchable.
  2. not throwing anyone under the bus if he's had private conversations with the man and he sees no change.
  3. Just a shot in the dark here..is your first name John?
  4. What is Rex's record coming out of a bye? Maybe there's something we can look forward to.
  5. Yup. Their defense got trucked yesterday (by a very dominant o-line) and by the end of the game their will had been broken.
  6. Definitely should get consideration for MVP if he continues on his current pace.
  7. It's not required that the number one pick be a QB. They have a ton of picks that they can use on players or more picks. Take a QB somewhere meanwhile use those other picks to restock as many other positions as possible. If they continue to suck they'll have a much better roster and another shot at a QB the following year. I'd prefer to be in their position than ours. I at least see a way out for them. With a mediocre record the Bills will have to hope to hit on a QB not considered top tier. To this point their record of success in that scenario is not overwhelmingly positive.
  8. Steve Freeman for those of you old enough to remember him.
  9. I agree on both points (HC and tank). Mediocre records lead to mediocre draft picks and those mediocre picks sometimes force a GM to make a trade he otherwise might not, or even pick a player who has issues, but, is an otherwise "good value."
  10. Your supposition is that players play for the fans? Silly.
  11. Curious as to whether you believe this or are just repeating drivel you've heard elsewhere?
  12. If today's team ad more Flutie types and less Dareus types our winning percentage would be better.
  13. Selflessness Team first kind of guy Ultimate competitor Ultimate desire Got the most from his talent
  14. Don't want to derail this thread, but, there were several times when he bailed on the pocket when he didn't have to. His instinct is run. Wood...big loss in the heart department as much or more than talent.
  15. Desire, or the unwillingness to lose along with a big dose of talent. Greats have both. Taylor lacks the talent (vision), he has plenty of heart, but...not enough talent.
  16. Yeah to the bolded, his fatal flaw. Unfortunately he can't anticipate and throw, he has to see it. By the time he sees it...too late. The hit...cheap for sure. Penalty maybe because of the way it was inflicted. Not that it matters, but, I'd question whether Sherman even saw Taylor leave the pocket.
