  1. had a pet racoon twice in my life time. one when I was a kid. kept him until he was grown and he went to live in the wild but would drop by on occasion. smart *****, although they all are. I would catch water bugs and keep them in a jar. he would unscrew the lid with those little hands and eat those bugs. he could also turn the door handle and would do so when he wanted to go out. 2nd one was my young adult life. found him as a kit in a old tire, meaner then a snake. had to put on leather gloves to get him. long story short, raised him and stayed with me for a little over a year then took him to the woods and released him. very cool animals.
  2. what a moron he is, a real moron.
  3. honestly, I haven't been paying attention. just waiting with anticipation another, counting today, 5 more days!
  4. Say my name three times I saw nothing in the article related to to the strength part of his conditioning, only diet. but I also have no idea what they do inside the facility and it would seem he would get some kind of strength conditioning during practice? I personally only care about how he preforms on the field. he seems motivated as they all will need to be going in to and remaining as such throughout the season. I agree, it doesn't seem a healthy approach. who knows, it may of been a step to get to that weight and he continues to work with the strength and conditioning coaches as well as maintain a healthy diet?
  5. Mark Gaughan: Dion Dawkins feels fit, trim, and he's ready to make Bills' haters eat their words Dawkins had lost 40 pounds earlier in the offseason. He has been strictly following an eating regimen laid out by the team for the past six months, since the start of March. He’s in great shape and ready for the start of his seventh season. He gained an added 40 pounds from his 330-pound playing weight during late January and February. “I was like 370 by the start of March,” Dawkins said. “I was kinda binging as comfort. Dinner, dinner, dinner, dinner. It caught up quick.” Dawkins met with Will Greenberg, the Bills’ assistant strength and conditioning coach and performance development coach. “I started drinking a ton of water,” Dawkins said. “I would drink 100 ounces of water before I would eat anything, before I would put any food into my body. Every day. Then I was doing two Chipotle salads a day, like 600 to 800 calories a day. That’s it. If I needed a pick-me-up, I’d have a protein bar for 200 calories.”
  6. feels like I should but it doesn’t feel right <--- huh? Andre 83

  8. finish 7-10 miss the playoffs McD fired Beane resigns I mean, I may as well hang with the down crowd.
  9. although true, wouldn't you rather have a competent Frank Reich type of back up then the 2 incompetent scrubs presently on the roster. now, I'm not saying there is a FR type out there and available but most likely there is a bit better one they could at least bring in and fill the present void at back up QB? I will reemphasis your take as far as JA going down with an injury would be near doom but I would feel a lot better with a back up other than the 2 scrubs on the roster.
