Toledo Bill

NFL fan since the Bill’s inception. Used to live for all NFL games, now I only watch the Bills and occasionally Bill’s top competitors. Most of Goodell’s moves have turned me off. Family time matters more as I get older. I will always be a devoted fan of the Bills but these two things have certainly reduced my interest in other games.

Wasn’t it Miles Garrett and wasn’t he suspended for the remainder of the year?

I have been frustrated for a long time on our decision to keep trying short kickoffs. I understand the logic that you are hoping to pin the other team deeper than the 25 but I am waiting for us to get burned on one of these for a touchdown. Kicking out of the end zone guarantees they have to start at the 25 and the risk/reward of these short kickoffs doesn’t seem worth it. Curious if I am missing something.

Yeah really! I mention the tackles being out. I am questioning where everyone else was. Really!

Who would take him?

I think Ford, Groot and Settle were the only lineman that had tackles and there were only 4 between those 3. Espenesa and Miller were almost invisible (I think Espenesa made one good play on the QB). With Jones out there is no push up the middle and opponents play action is effective now. I know Oliver was out but his great play this year had a lot to do with Jones. Where was our “great “ pass rush? Lots to question today but the d-line was very disappointing.

We were the suckers to sign him. I know franchise quarterbacks have influence but signing Josh’s buddy to that contract was a huge mistake.

Try a hurry-up… take the coaches out of it.
