  1. And it might have been different if the Bills had built up the offensive line for that statue
  2. How many first-round picks have the Browns had...and has it helped them at all?
  3. Welp, they did free up some space, so you would think they have something in mind.
  4. Waddle or Wilson would be my target, and thus killing two birds by obtaining one.
  5. After watching them last night, it looks like they are in suck mode! Doubt a DT fixes that team.
  6. I'm talking to some teams about BTJ and Olave. However, it might end up being Debo!
  7. Now this would be the best news yet
  8. Be prepared to hear it, no matter who they trade for, as some fans are never happy. Buffalo is the #1 team in the NFL in offense and #3 in scoring... No matter, meanwhile, they have Josh Palmer and Gabe Davis returning.
  9. Bills fans expecting a WR are sure to be disappointed. However, a DT might be different
  10. I wanna hear what that guy's cat has to say about who we get!!
  11. Yeah, well, a CB doesn't fix Danny Dimes...
  12. I don't know about "greatest," but they do have a future HoF generational QB in Patrick Mahomes, a HoF generational TE in Travis Kelce. WR Hollywood Brown. A speedy wideout in Xavier Worthy (4.21 40) (that some Bills fans are still lamenting), another top wideout in Rashee Rice. A WR in Juju Smith-Schuster. A pretty darn group of WRs, so you would think that they would have allowed Mahomes to have a better passer rating than QBR 50.0. Which BTW is the lowest of his career. Yeah, 15 of 34 for 250 yards. I agree, as I just don't see Buffalo trading for a WR.
  13. This and Gabe Davis waiting in the wings have me doubting that Beane is looking to trade for a WR. Plus, I go back to the aspect that the Steelers gave up a #2, #6 picks, and 30 million to DK Metcalf, and he is not adding much to their offense. Ty Johnson and Ray Davis might be used more often in the passing game going forward. Besides, I'm not convinced that OC Joe Brady would put an expensive #1 WR to work like some here think.
  14. While I get the idea of having that #1 WR...I'm also looking at the Steelers, who are paying big bucks to DK Metcalf and traded from Seattle for a 2nd round pick, a 6th round pick. If you noticed, so many Bills fans were upset that Buffalo didn't obtain him. Sadly, there were reasons as to why Seattle wanted to part with him, as the first was his contract demands, offering a profile of a low-end WR1 with potential for more, though his overall production has been underwhelming recently due to fewer targets offsetting increased touchdown efficiency. He is a risky pick because his target share is low. This past week against the Colts, he was 6th in receiving with 2 receptions, 6 yards, and 4 targets. Which is pretty sad for a supposed #1 WR. Are the Steelers using him as a decoy? Against Green Bay the week previous, he was the #2 WR with 5 receptions for 55 yards, 7 targets, 1 TD. It looks like Buffalo is utilizing Dalton Kincade as their #1 receiver, much like the Packers were using Tucker Kraft were using him as their #1 receiver. So, it begs the question, with such limited cap space, do the Bills really need to trade for that #1 like a Chris Olave?
  15. I'd rather have Waddle! Bill Polian worked a trade with the Colts through the Rams to get Biscuit...stranger things.
  16. Buffalo had ten receivers on the field Sunday against the KC Chiefs, and all ten were involved in the pass game. Dalton Kincaid#86, 6 receptions for 101 yards, 6 targets, 1 TD Khalil Shakir#10, 7 receptions for 43 yards, 8 targets Dawson Knox#88, 1 reception for 30 yards, 1 target Elijah Moore#18, 1 reception for 28 yards, 1 target Jackson Hawes#85, 1 reception for 18 yards, 2 targets Keon Coleman#0, 2 receptions for 17 yards, 2 targets Ty Johnson#26, 2 receptions for 12 yards, 2 targets James Cook III#4, 1 reception for 11 yards, 1 target Tyrell Shavers#14, 1 reception for 7 yards, 1 target Curtis Samuel#1, 1 reception for 6 yards, 1 target 23 receptions for 273 yards, 25 targets Rushing, James Cook, 27 carries for 114 yards. a 4.2 YPC AVG Josh Allen, 6 carries for 19 yards, 2 TDs Ty Johnson, 2 carries for 8 yards. Clearly, Kincade was the #1 receiver this day. On another note, Cole Bishop is a steely-eyed beast man! 7 tackles, 4 solo, 1 TFL, 4 PD
  17. Landon Jackson?
  18. Some fans are never happy, and even when you win, they still whine, complain.
  19. Welp, the defensive injuries started early this year and didn't wait until the end of the season. Seriously, what the hell. The Bills get a dynamic player on defense that can make a difference, and POOF!
  20. What gets me in all this is that it was the smelly fish owner who opted for Tua over Justin Herbert...can they fire the owner?
  21. Short answer...YES!
  22. Buffalo doesn't have a perception problem or a receiver problem! What they do have is an offensive coordinator problem, and like Greg Roman, he knows how to set up a brilliant run scheme. I believe Aaron Kromer, the O-line coach, is helping with this. However, his passing offense is not very effective. Even Roman has his QB with more TDs and fewer INTs this season so far, Justin Herbert. Now, if either of Buffalo's assistant coaches were worth a damn, what happened with Atlanta as their fierce pass rush got to Josh and made him look ordinary? The world knew that Atlanta was a blitz-heavy team, and yet the Buffalo offense seemed so unprepared to face them. It's like they didn't even game plan for the Falcons. What happened to the quick outs to the "best 3rd down back in the NFL" in Ty Johnson, who currently has 7 targets, 2 receptions for the entire season! What happened to the "max" protect offensive scheme, which basically consists of keeping extra blockers in to pick up the blitzes? RB James Cook didn't even get a pass target in that game and was only on the field for 53% of the offensive snaps. Why no max protect and why no quick out passes to anyone? While having a top running attack in the NFL is great, an NFL team simply can't be one-dimensional and win a championship. Yes, last season the Eagles got to the big dance by running Barkley for 2005 yards with 621 attempts rushing vs 448 passing attempts, which got them a 14-3 record. However, in the SB, it was their defense with a fierce pass rush and their passing game that won that SB for them. McD needs to see that his OC is flawed in the passing game and either replace him, like he did in 2023, or find a passing game coordinator to open up the Buffalo pass game. As much as I love the current Buffalo run game and O-line, the Buffalo passing offense should be much better than it is with an alien inicorn at QB.
  23. What gets to me is that so many on this board were clamoring for Buffalo to sign DK Metcalf and were in such dismay after they didn't. There was the cap reason why the bills couldn't match what Pittsburgh offered. 30 million a year? Currently, the Steelers have DK Metcalf as their leading receiver, and yet are in talks with obtaining Jakobi Meyers from the Raiders. This confuses me as they had George Pitkins on their roster in 2024, and they traded him away? Apparently, DK now isn't enough...why? Buffalo Bills fans are still clamoring for that #1 WR who can separate, and yet they were the #2 scoring offense in 2024. The #1 team, including the playoffs. Buffalo had that in Diggs, and it didn't matter. My take is OC Joe Brady needs to get his head out of his posterior and devise a better passing scheme like Brian Daboll used in Buffalo; perhaps he will.
  24. The Steelers signed and have DK Metcalf, so why are they after Jakobi now? I've been reading about so much regret from Bills fans because they didn't sign DK.
