  1. Tired or not, the defense gave up 126 yards and two TDs in little more than a quarter to a RB making his first appearance in a game this year. The defense played well, but they crumbled in crunch time again. Unfortunately, they are not close.
  2. Yeah, I agree. Just making the point that money isn't preventing the Bills from hiring a good coach. Competent owners and GMs have hired good, young coaches who have been able to turn franchises around.
  3. Keep in mind that, under Jauron, the Bills are 0-2 against Cleveland.
  4. The Bills could have probably fit Singletary into Jauron's salary slot.
  5. So enlighten us to how much patience we should have? This team isn't young. There are young players on the team, some are starting, but the majority of players have 3 years of experience. When does Edwards, Evans, Jackson, Whitner, Schobel, Parrish, Kelsey, Stroud, Ellison, McGee, and Owens learn how to take control of a close game at home in the 4th quarter and win the game, instead of crumbling in a mess of missed assignments, penalties, turnovers, and lousy play calls? When do we expect Dick Jauron's squad to win these games, while at the same time we're watching rookie HCs with rookie QBs win games on the road within our own division? Maybe next year?
  6. How is this team young? Some parts of this team is young, but the core of the team has been together under Jauron for 3+ seasons. Don't tell me that the Bills shouldn't expect to win with a young offensive line when the Jets are ripping up the league with a rookie HC and QB. You're right, though, the Bills can't expect to win all the games against the good teams on its schedule. It would be nice, however, if they had manage to win MORE THAN ONE of these games over the past 3 seasons (and 3 games). If you're a Bills fan, there is no better thing you can hope for than having your beloved franchise be put into the hands of a competent front office and coaching staff. Baltimore, New York (Jets and Giants), Pittsburgh, and Atlanta all managed to do so for their fans. It would be nice if our HOF owner did the same for us fans.
  7. Hey, the Pats went for 4th and 1 today on their own 25, while holding a 6 point lead. Imagine that.
  8. It was the game that Gibbs showed his age and called back-to-back time-outs to freeze Lindell.
  9. You don't even have to break the bank. Harbaugh, Ryan, or Smith would have looked good on the Bills sideline. All those guys would fit into Ralph's budget.
  10. What do we know about Jauron today that we didn't know a year ago? This guy cannot handle the job.
  11. Post Jauron's record against teams with winning records. That will give you the real picture on how far away the Bills are actually from competing in the league under Jauron.
  12. I'd like to believe you, but he didn't do anything after the Bills were swept by the Fins last season. I have the feeling that Ralph might just be too tired to go through the process of bringing in a new coach.
  13. Coming into the 4th quarter, the Bills are down by 3 at home. And they wind up completely folding their tents. Nice job by a coaching staff in its fourth year. The Bills need an organization attitude adjustment along the lines of the one that Knox and Polian/Levy brought. Enough with this career loser. Four years of this crap has proven that Jauron cannot handle the job.
  14. So I guess that Piere Thomas is the greatest running back ever to wear a football jersey.
  15. Outcoached by Greggo. Proud day for the Buffalo Bills organization and all its fans.
  16. What do you see now that you didn't already know about Jauron last February. The Bills wasted an entire offseason on this career loser.
  17. Good coaches learn from their mistake. Jauron is NOT a good coach.
  18. Typical Jauron defense. Play great defense until the team needs a crucial stop. Then it crumbles.
  19. The Bills will never beat a good team under Jauron. Too many stupid mistakes, penalties, bad play calls and untimely breakdowns. Just a total lack of accountability and awareness on the team.
  20. Pretty much going according to script. Not much different from the past 3 seasons.
  21. Yet again this team comes into a 4th quarter against a good team with an opportunity to win. Enough with the penalties, mistakes, and turnovers. It's time for this team to finally make plays and grab a win at home. It's time to end the culture of losing of the Jauron era.
  22. The Bills offense looks like it might be able to put up 30 points against the Saints. Will the Bills cover 2, bend-but-don't break defense hold up against Brees? That's the question. Being at home, having some nasty weather, and a loud crowd can help, but the Bills pass rush will have to show up, and the back seven needs to protect the middle of the field. Winning this game would be the signature win of the Jauron era. This team needs to finally show that it can beat a team with a winning record at home. The franchise has maturing talent and it looks as if the offensive gameplanning is finally on track. What they need now is to knock a good team in the teeth and rack up the win.
