  1. Exactly. Kid up at 1:30 mouths off learns life lesson than cries to mommy. (details also made up by BuffaloMatt)
  2. Trust me. They will be indoctrinated whether or not you try to make them Bills fans. I gave my boys free will to choose what team they wanted to back. In the end they see my passion for the Bills and they wind up by my side watching every painful moment. They can call themselves fans of whatever team they want but they will always root for the Bills, their father's team. And I will always have the memories of them watching the games with me, high five-ing the good times and consoling me in bad. Go Bills!!!
  3. After his last tenth place finish he has visions of grandeur that he will win gold at Worlds and make olympic team (make podium because London olympics had crappy results) and a pro bowl(or at least a NFL) wide receiver. Looking forward to his contribution this year. As an olympian, not as a Bill!
  4. Snarky=Agenda. Right? Goodwin wins Gold in the long jump at the World Championships after missing the last week camp. Then has 45 receptions, 620 yards and 11 TDs for the season. This is fun.
  5. Whose gonna give him free tattoos for that?
  6. One man's ceiling is another man's floor. I'm a masochist at heart and I hate that I love this team so much. Or do I love that this team make it hurts so much to love them? If they suck again after all that has taken place this year I will still love them. And so will all of you! That's why we all post to this wall and most of you have been at it a lot longer than I have. Now that's a common thread.
  7. FING Jets. Vereen. Gailey will make Geno look like slash nor Fitz when he garnered 59 Million. seems like yesterday when we needed to go 500 to go 10-6. we all know how that ended. Out of all the teams in the East the Jets are the one team being overlooked. I'm concerned. Gailey has quite a few toys and the D looks good.
  8. Thought of that as well. Sometimes I try to ignore problems. That usually comes back to bite me in the a**. So I guess focus on the positive and think happy thoughts for the next 6 weeks.
  9. I believe Rex said he looked good against a "watered down defense". Not quite the ringing endorsement from the HC.
  10. No worries, these guys are practice dummies. Only have upside. There is a chance of finding an old diamond in camp. There is no downside. Once someone better comes along sign them and cut the low man.
  11. Who will be the first NO? Not me. So YES! QBs find their groove at different times in their career. EJ yet has yet to find his, Cassel may dust his off and Tyrod "Drill Bit" Taylor may surprise us all. Enjoy these three days because the next five weeks are gonna be long, slow and boring. Cant's wait for pads.
  12. Don't want to start that thread again! But good question.
  13. I think you nailed it right on the head. Unfortunately so. . . .
  14. You would think any QB who would have to go against our D on a daily basis would get better and perform against lesser Ds. I can't wait to camp and pre-season to see if there is a correlation.
  15. I get what you are saying, but the problem is the poor anticipation, the over/under/late thrown passes. But a point worth considering.
  16. Beware the curse of Aaron Hernandez. . . . .
  17. Just trying to share both side of the Tyrod analysis. Interesting doesn't mean I agree with it. Just enjoyed his perspective.
  18. Seems like a well thought out analysis, thoughts? https://www.numberfire.com/nfl/news/5433/no-tyrod-taylor-shouldn-t-start-for-the-buffalo-bills
  19. I will gladly eat a slice and ask for seconds.
  20. I have posted that I thought CW would make a great recovery due to the extended down time for recovery and play well. Unfortunately, I have been over zealous and overly hopeful when it comes to Bills players rebounding or actually meeting their expected potential. Which brings me to your question of who had the last say in the matter? Has to be Whaley, right? He can't always hit em out of the park.
  21. Davis needed a year off to heal body and mind. Returning unearned portion of signing bonus with intent to return in a year or two. Will be 27ish. Good move. When he returns IF he is in shape he will have value. And I could not be happier to see the niners fail. Remember this? Plummer's third-quarter blast on running back Darick Holmes set up Lee Woodall's 96-yard fumble return for a touchdown and allowed the 49ers to rock Buffalo, 27-17, in Candlestick Park before 65,568. "That's the hit of the year," 49er linebacker Ken Norton said. "That's one of those kinds of hits you can hear. I mean, standing on the field near the play, you could even feel it. And it turned the whole game around. Buffalo (8-5), poised to break a 10-10 tie in the third quarter, had the ball on the San Francisco one-yard line with first and goal. Quarterback Jim Kelly handed the ball to Holmes, who had been inserted in the second half to replace an injured Thurman Thomas (leg cramps), and Holmes aimed for the end zone. Hated them ever since!!!!
