  1. I comprehend that, I just don't comprehend why you want to attribute Passing stats that aren't Tyrod's to Tyrod.
  2. 58 yards and 2 INTs vs my Hokies
  3. 3023 Yards/15 Games is 201.5. Who's doing math for this guy?
  4. Whaley pulling from a place he knows I'd assume
  5. Yeah, Chenelly seems to think we may be interested in someone on the Steelers staff Joe Chenelly ‏@jchenelly As a #Bills fan, I don't root for Miami. But a Steelers loss today would open up two HC candidates for interviews. #wonthappen #MIAvsPIT Joe Chenelly ‏@jchenelly 19h19 hours ago If Steelers hold on & win today, don't expect their OC or DC to interview for HC jobs for another week. Unlike Seattle, Pitt says no.
  6. Can't speak for Lynn, Tyrod understands the wide array of impacts the move had though. He just wishes it was communicated better. I don't think they are remorseful of the decision, so much as the repercussions it may have had on Lynn. As others pointed out earlier in the thread, the Pegulas seem like decent people and I think they would feel bad if they thought one of their decisions had a negative impact on their employee's career opportunities.
  7. He was fired for being 'too vanilla' if memory serves. He took 2 years off from football to reflect and then teamed back up with Pete Carroll, whom he's been with ever since.
  8. He was OC in Jacksonville from '05 - '07, so yeah it's been a bit. But he wasn't good at it? 2005: 15th ranked offense, 12th in scoring 2006: 10th ranked offense, 9th in scoring 2007: 7th ranked offense, 6th in scoring
  9. Or they could draft a dalvin cook/christian mccaffrey
  10. If memory serves, Haley has had his fair share of heated disagreements with players.
  11. As the OC. He's worked with Russell, as you said. He was the QB coach at USC with Leinart when he won the Heisman. He was the OC for 3 years in Jacksonville with David Garrard and Byron Leftwich (and Fred Taylor at RB), they were top 10 in yards and scoring 2 of those 3 years. And he was in NE in '97 with Bledsoe. He was with the Saints for a decade before that.
  12. This is why I'm also advocating bringing Carl Smith if possible!
  13. Richard probably has a pretty fresh memory of Tyrod from this season.
  14. It also doesn't change that 58.33% of playoff offenses scored the same or fewer points than the Bills who "couldn't score when necessary".
  15. And of those teams, 3 scored more points than the Bills. Raiders were 7th, Packers 4th, and Falcons 1st. Also, FWIW 4 of the top 5 scoring defenses are in the playoffs, 5 of the top 7, and 6 of the top 10. 50% of playoffs teams have a top 10 scoring defense.
  16. Zack Brown WLB, Ragland MLB, Foster SLB
  17. My hope would be that Richard would sell him on needing his experience to lean on and obviously moving back to OC instead of QB Coach. Admittedly an optimistic hope. Smith did some impressive things in Jacksonville with Garrard & Leftwich from '05 - '07. The comparisons between Cardale and Leftwich are what drew me to Smith in the first place.
  18. Joe Chenelly ‏@jchenelly 2m2 minutes ago Anothy Lynn has strong chance to be a HC this year. But if he doesn't, he likely stays w/#Bills, where he remains under contract as AHC/OC.
  19. Only source I've seen saying the Rams looked at Marrone. Not surprised.
  20. Posted in the pinned thread as well, but after seeing the names released by the Bills I think I'm sold on this combo. Kris Richard - HC Carl Smith - OC Gus Bradley - DC If Gus is actually tied to Lynn, then ideally we swap Wade into that spot.
  21. In light of the people we have interviewed thus far I think I am now pulling for: Kris Richard - HC Carl Smith - OC Gus Bradley - DC
  22. http://www.newyorkupstate.com/buffalo-bills/index.ssf/2016/12/anthony_lynn_wasnt_in_room_when_buffalo_bills_decided_to_bench_tyrod_taylor.html
  23. That's certainly fair. Your first statement is what I meant when I said learn from them though. They saw those experiences and how things were bumbled. I think they would have some advice for the Pegulas based on what they witnessed, and I think it would resonate. Just my opinion.
