I am a rest players type of guy, but in my world sitting the starters in the 4th quarter is enough rest. So last night was perfection in my book.

Curious to see if Mahomes ankle continues to bother him down the stretch. He has fought through ankle injuries before. However it may flare up during a critical play and decide the game. When it flares up on him he is in instant pain.

Also "while he's having a smoke and she's taking a drag" doesn't really mesh with the corporate crackdown on smoking in the stadium (yes I'm bitter)

I leave from Burlington, depends on where they are in Toronto but it shouldn't be anywhere near 3 hours at 7:30am. I typically take 90 minutes (with Nexus) to get to the stadium and then 20 - 30 minutes sitting in traffic waiting to park. I stick to the Peace Bridge most of the time but I did use Lewiston last game and it was fairly quick. I avoid the Whirlpool because of the time going through town and lack of duty free and washrooms (hey I'm older)

For a 4:25 kickoff? Any bridge will be fine, but the Peace Bridge should be best. Unless you already know where you are parking you might be leaving too early for the lots to be open.

He also hasn't had the benefit of a true #1 WR out there this year, gotta be affecting his numbers.

My last word on this, we’re going to the playoffs with or without this win. Getting everyone healthy has more value to me than an extra home game. We play who we play, shouldn’t be afraid of anyone.

Let’s just be healthy and hitting our stride for the last few weeks of the season. We don’t need to be world beaters this weekend.

I’m all for sitting Cooper this weekend and having him stronger for KC, followed by the bye week. We still have a strong chance of winning this weekend without him, our RBs and Josh can get the job done. Ultimately it’s about being healthy down the stretch.

All I can think of is video review being able to call major fouls (blatant facemask etc) within a larger time frame, perhaps within 3 plays instead of before the next play. It's unrealistic to expect all calls to be immediate and perfect. Sounds impossible but they managed to add VAR in soccer and the VAR official can call the penalty as the game proceeds, but still within a reasonable amount of time. I'm all for younger officials but even they will miss calls and make mistakes.
