  1. He can throw a football 70 yards and hit a WR in stride on a thirty yard post pattern with the pocket collapsing around him so theres no way he could be guilty of sexual assault.
  2. I would give up my entire draft next year to get him. This trade would make us a Superbowl contender. Rumor is he wants out of San Diego. Could probably get four years out of him. Maybe five. He supposedly Wants to go to Tennessee. Maybe we could talk him in to coming here. Its now or never for this team. Rework some contracts. Maybe even sign him to an extension to lower his cap number.
  3. Dear Bob, Im Really sorry that you own a team full of cheaters.
  4. Dont ask me where I got it or I may have to kill you. See if you can guess whose who. Enjoy!
  5. Sorry but I would love it. Especially after this whole deflate gate thing. Ive been a bills fan since 1975, I love the Bills. Brady would immediately make us a Superbowl contender.
  6. Bellichick should be suspended immediately and indefinitely if they know he did this intentionally and I think he did based on the preliminary findings.
  7. Well I highly doubt any of the teams i mentioned put themselves in position with a passing game in the regular season and then flipped a switch and suddenly went ground and pound in the playoffs. Seattle, for one, led the league in rushing this year.
  8. Seattle won the Superbowl last year with ground and pound. They will do it again this year. Ohio State kicked the crap out of the pass happy team in the national championship this year. The best team in college football the past five years(Alabama) is ground and pound. As Bill Parcells once said, "power football still wins". Having great players is the most important thing. Schemes and play calling are overrated. Watch the plays Luck, Rodgers, Wilson, and Brady make this weekend and ask yourself if we have had a qb on the roster since Jim Kelly who can make those kind of plays.
  9. This is one of the more ridiculous takes Ive read. Wilson is great. Look at his yards per attempt and his TD to int ratio not to mention his quarterback rating and the fact that he ran for 849 yards this year. Hes one of the most efficient Qbs Ive ever seen at his age. Or at any age for that matter.
  10. EJ must have gone to the Doug Marrone School for Career Advancement.
  11. The news clearly has an ax to grind with the Pegulas. The negativity has gone beyond preposterous. Whatever credibility that sorry excuse of a sports department had is totally gone. They should really all go write for the National Enquirer.
  12. Yea. Where is the proof. Did you build a super computer to properly analyze this matter. If you didnt spend at least twenty million building a super computer to generate this conclusion your opinion is irrelevant.
  13. He also thinks that the position of guard is irrelevant and that using a first or second round pick on one is a waste. Of course weve all seen that strategy work brilliantly for the Bills ever since Levitre left. Someone feel free to correct me if Im wrong but I think Levitre was actually the last time we used a first or second rounder to draft a guy who wound up playing guard for us. As for the trade proposal, way to risky. Winston has bust written all over him. He may grow up and turn out to be great but I wouldnt count on it. Pretty substantial decline in production as well. 16 less td's. 7 more picks. 2 yards less per attempt. To many red flags to give up so much.
  14. My data is an eight time probowler who knows the game better than everyone on these boards combined. Including myself. People on these boards love to pretend that they know when they dont have a clue as to the intricacies of NFL offenses and defenses. Thats why Im quoting a guy who played in the league for more than a decade.
  15. Not the past four games. Hes been getting progressively worse. Teams have figured out how Hackett is using him and they are game planning accordingly.
  16. Been watching football but Im no expert and wont pretend to be. I was watching channel 2 sports extra last night and thought Ruben Brown made some very telling comments about the Bills offense. To paraphrase he said nate hackett is not doing a good job of putting orton in a position to succeed. He said, as most of us know, that Orton is limited in what he can do and isnt capable of executing a complete package of passing plays. He further stated that Nate Hackett isnt putting together game plans that recognize this and that put Orton in the best position to succeed. He thinks Orton and Hackett are on different pages and that is leaving Orton frustated and 'lost'. He further stated that defenses have recognized this and they are now playing coverages to force orton to go where he doesnt want to and hackett is doing nothing to counter this. My conclusion from all this. Nate Hackett is a young inexperienced coordinator who is being taken advantage of by defensive coordinators who have far more knowledge at this level. We cant afford to wait unti Hackett figures it out, if he ever does figure it out. Free agency will eventually tear apart this dominant defenseand the window of opportunity is 2-4 years at best. The need to fire hackett and get the best o-coordinator money can buy. Make him an assistant head coach if you need to. I get that we dont have the greatest personnel on offense right now, but there is nothing to lose by getting rid of hackett.
  17. Also clear we should have taken Tom Brady in the fifth round the year he was drafted.
  18. This roster is good enough. The coaching on the offensive side of the ball is well below average. The o-line is a train wreck and they cant get the ball to their star players(CJ SPiller, Sammy Watkins) on a consistent basis.
  19. Hes gonna get torched for three td's this game. Hopefully they are the only scores we give up and we win 24-21.
  20. That makes no sense. If teams ran the ball alot for any reason the Jets run stats would likely be worse. The give up 3.4 yards a carry and 83.2 yards a game. They are very good against the run. If you were to say the Jets runs stats are good because teams tend to throw more against them because of their mediocre secondary that would be logical. It would also support my argument.
  21. The Jets are fifth against the run and 17th against the pass so we throw the ball 17 times and run it 29. The Chiefs are number one against the pass and nineteenth against the run so we throw it 48 times and run it 22(for an average of five yards per carry BTW). Am I the only one this doesnt make sense to?
  22. Here is what I dont get. The Jets are 5th against the run and 17th against the pass. What do we do. Run the ball 29 times and throw it 17 times. The Chiefs are number one against the pass and 19th against the run. We throw it 48 times and run it 22. And by the way we averaged 5 yards per carry against the Chiefs. I think they call that outsmarting yourself. Yea the turnovers killed us and Orton missed some throws but arent you suppossed to exploit a teams weaknesses and arent you suppossed to avoid their strengths when possible? If we ever want to be a playoff team our coaches need to do everything possible to help the players not hinder them.
  23. One thing I like about Marrone is hes not afraid to make a change. The move to Kyle orton was bold and correct. Maybe Kouandjio at guard works to. At least we have a coach who isnt afraid to make a change.
  24. Thanks. Thats a good answer. Still I wouldnt hesitate to pull the trigger on a guard in round two if I had a really strong feeling about him. Hope they figure it out. If this team had a strong o-line they would be playoff contenders for sure given the way kyle, Sammy, and the defense are playing.
  25. They drafted a tackle in the second and seventh round. A guard in the fifth. The guy they brought in in FA was viewed by many as a failure in Chicago and St. Louis. Im talking about committing a high pick or two to guard. The Bills havent drafted a guard high since 2009 when they took Levitre in round two. Coincidently hes probably the best guard we have had in the last twenty years. Anyway thats really not my question.
