Voted O Line. I don't see see the point in trying to find a starting quarterback via trade or free agency that is going to take us to the promised land. Franchise quarterbacks (usually even playoff quarterbacks for that matter) are found in the draft, period. With the exception of Brees and Manning with their injury situations, teams don't let go of quarterbacks that aren't seriously flawed. That being said I would take Romo or Manning, but it's unlikely either one of those guys are going to be let go. Anyone else we could acquire will be the equal of Orton. That's why I still root for Manuel, we need a quarterback that we draft to pan out. Sadly, if Manuel doesnt we aren't going anywhere anytime soon. First round 2016 NFL draft might be our next hope. If we want to add depth to the quarterback competition this offseason draft a qb, and maybe he could even become the long term answer.

I fully agree with that, but I'd also say that pathetic offensive line performance has a lot to do with it too. I have no problem placing that on Marrone though. He hasn't shown himself to be particularly proficient in any specific areas, but you'd think a former o lineman and o line coach would have a better line. Even average head coaches can excel in certain areas of the game ( ex. Rex Ryan) it makes me wonder what exactly does St.Doug bring to the table?

Even if Harbaugh is the sort of guy that wears out his welcome after a couple years, it's a deal I would definitely be willing to make. Considering what he did in San Francisco, he would fit our situation perfectly. He took a team with a questionable quarterback situation and talented defense turning them into winners. Plus this team seems to be in need of discipline as well. Although Marrone seems to believe he fits that bill, I really don't see it. I would love to see a coach like Harbaugh react to Lee Smith coming in for three plays a game, and getting penalized on each. Oh wait, maybe players like that wouldn't even be on the roster anymore.

It seems like a sure bet our defense would destroy Manziel, but with this team nothing would surprise me. We've made a lot of average and below average players look like superstars during this playoff drought.

I actually do miss Stevie being on our roster. However, of all the issues this team has Stevie not being here ranks towards the bottom of the list. Stevie was always a slot guy. Both Woods and Hogan are capable of fulfilling that role. I find not having a capable number two reciever playing on the outside to be a bigger issue for this team. It's a role that I hoped Williams could play, but that hasn't panned out.
