I didn't diagnose him. I just know he's not playing. It's a fact that he's had a ton of carries, and backs tend to break down. I'm a football fan, not a doctor. Just stating what happens many times in the game of football. Some people seem to be getting a little cranky around here knowing that our season doesn't look so hot when we're not playing crap teams.

Yeah but doctors do. Chip Kelly doesn't believe in defense, and I think the Bradford trade was the big mistake there.

McCoy's injury doesn't surprise me too much. I'm sure the Eagles knew something. He may be young, but he has a lot of miles on him. That's why typically there is no trade market for backs.

The comebacks were lead by Ryan and Romo. Doesn't look like we have that kind of offense today.

We're going to talk about McCoy and Sammy being out as excuses all day long, but the Dolphins just made Fitz look like Montana and the Colts made Mariota look like Young. So maybe our offense isn't as good as we all want to think after those wins. TT still has a lot of room for growth.

DL looks great against the run, but there's really been little QB pressure at all this year. I agree our pass rush does stink, that's part of pass D though. Plus I'm not big on Gilmore at all.

Our pass D sucks, sorry but its a fact. If it continues it's going to be a huge problem this year.

Random fact: imo football players should never have pants with the team's city or name on the back side like Miami does. They look like something you'd get at Victoria's Secret.

Really lucked out there. Nothing like not giving your reciever a chance on 4th down. Talleywhacker is so inaccurate it's amazing. You can make a lot of change by being an average QB these days. Still waiting for my call, I could get out there and stink it up too.

Although after that I'm already prepared to take that back, Tannehill and this oline is a disaster.

The Fish have looked horrible so far, and don't look good at all this year. I just wouldn't write them off in the game yet. We've all seen enough Fitz to know it can all fall apart in games like this. One bad interception, and the Fish benefit from the old reverse Fitzmagic.

Once the Jests play teams that have the brains and talent to focus on Marshall, Fitzy will be in trouble. It's been a good connection so far, but Fitzy still loves to lock in on his favorite receiver.

Most of the prime time games have been awful so far this year. With the exception of the Giants/Cowboys game.

No chance for an upset imo. Plus for some reason I always find watching Alex Smith very frustrating. I don't see KC's defense shutting down Rodgers at Lambeau, and Smith certainly can't win a shoutout with anyone.

I liked the game. I enjoyed Kirk getting a taste of reality. I wish I could have found a redeeming quality such as that in the game. I've already watched Kirk get a taste of reality in plenty of games. Don't know what anyone sees in the guy. He was terrible against the Giants last year throwing 4 picks, and was eventually benched in favor of Colt McCoy. Jay Gruden is a perfect example of why nepotism can be bad.

I just switched over to the UC/Memphis game. I've actually been more interested in college this year than the NFL, aside from the Bills of course. The NFL is sorely lacking quality at the bottom tier. College games seem more likely to entertain. I think my interest in college ball is back up now that the Big Ten is a legit conference again. I was really getting sick of the many years of SEC domination. Now that Michigan State and Ohio State are contenders, I don't feel like the game is only of interest to those in the south and the western US.

I thought there was no way I'd ever not be in favor of more football, but I'm starting to be in favor of abolishing Thursday Night Football.

Watching this game tonight, I think he should view Cousins as a question mark. Plus the only thing "top shelf" about Andrew Luck so far this year is his name. Aside from that, I don't have too many issues with his list.

Although he probably wasn't on the market, I'm still glad we didn't make a trade for Cousins. So many people thought it would be a good idea. I've never seen him do anything remotely impressive.

Apparently Torbert thinks people come to games to watch him. The replacement refs were awful, but I always felt bad about all the heat they got. The "regular" guys are the worst refs in all of pro sports. In fact college and high school football often has better officials.
