To be fair, Smith did get the Bears to a Super Bowl with Rex Grossman behind center. Additionally, I don’t think you can judge HC candidates based solely on standings and statistics. Ability to manage, delegate and be a leader of men certainly play a role. Maybe Frazier is just a poor interviewee?

Maybe he doesn't want A coaching job, maybe he wants THE coaching job.   He has been there before under not ideal conditions so he probably knows.  Even though he takes the interviews just to stay in the media spotlight he might not want just any opening.

He was fantastic for football and I actually enjoyed watching him put on clinics over the past couple decades.

If Tom Brady played on the Bills for 20 years, the same people calling him a cheater would be explaining it away and ballwashing him at every opportunity.

He was the best.  He was the Bills' daddy.  And it's time that this fanbase just gets over it.

Wrong.  Just plain wrong.   Character counts and everything that happens in the dark eventually comes to the light.  tick tock tick tock

    read the article

Brett Fitzgerald, who first posted the idea on Facebook, originally had the idea to donate in $13 to Patrick Mahomes’ foundation, but after hearing from a friend that Bills Mafia usually donates to other team’s charities, he decided to change it to Oishei Children’s Hospital. He looked online and found out the hospital was the charity of choice for Josh Allen. He told News 4 in retrospect, he wish he had changed the donation amount to $17, so it didn’t seem like a jab.

And as it turns out, Oishei was the perfect place to give to for the guy who started it all. Brett Fitzgerald has a son who has autism and his family cares deeply for their local children’s hospital. He said Bills Mafia should feel honored they’ve started such an incredible trend of giving.

“The credit goes to Bills Mafia,” he said. “I’m just some guy who put something on the internet.”

damn...what an ass that guy is....  <  Sarcasm

How to stay on topic.    You pretty much clarified the reason for my question and then put every donation under the umbrella of the original guy.   Well done

  4. I think it is fair to point out that under the circumstances the Chiefs would have been holding like crazy on a kickoff return and the crew that was refereeing throws the least amount of flags in the league.   While I do not think this makes a squib or a pooch wrong, there is considerably more risk because of the refs.  I don't know what the stats are on how many flags they throw on kickoffs but I bet our SP coach does.  No idea whether that was a factor but it is a variable in the decision.

As has been said a billion times already, 13, 10, 7 whatever seconds, just play normal defense and we win.

  5. I was in favor of the touchback.  Possibly influenced permanently by the Music City Massacre I was afraid of the big return.  Also, if the Chiefs had returned the kick they would have been holding all over the place and this specific referee crew calls the least amount of penalties in the NFL.   The fear of the big return was on my mind.

Free releases and soft coverage lost the game though IMO

I would love to see Marv Levy "Lead the Charge" Saturday night.

One last hurrah for the greatest coach this organization has ever had. Marv's in his 90's now (WOW) and it would be a fitting thank you to a man that has meant so much to the rich history of this team. Those of us from that era know the amazing 4 SB run we went on, even with the losses, we had a euphoria that may never be matched by a fan base.

“Where else would you rather be…than right here, right now”

"When it's too tough for them, it's just right for us" would be more appropriate considering the weather.

  7. I think it says a lot about Mckenzie who was the first guy over to the rookie (according to what I viewed on the coverage) and right in his ear after the fumble.

He is a leader and a competitor, give Lil' Dirty his job back.

If I were a kicker struggling to make a team  i'de practice long snapping. A long snapper that can kick would always have a roster spot.

Probably works better the other way around.   You would think the long snapper would have tried a bunch of kicks over time

Let me add one. Air mailing Sanders on a walk in TD already up 10-0.

Ill add one more.  As the Steelers were moving in to kick their final field goal. they were at our 40.  I think it was 3rd and 5, Claypool lines up in the slot on the left of the OL and Taron Johnson is over him.  They run crossers and Hyde mistakenly follows Tre De and his guy from deep left of the D across to his right where the other safety was.   Triple coverage on Tre De's guy while Taron is left one on one with their stud WR and it is an easy first down.

Bad play by a good player but that one really hurt
