NO more practice meals. This is now real. I have located some skinny funky looking dark chickens from either the Afghan, African or Indian butchers and I intend to pass 4 of them off as RAVENS. Going to give them a good 3+ day marinate since I suspect they are very low in fat and flavour. Late Sunday Afternoon I will light up the Big Green Egg. I will keep an eye out for my neighbour's 35 year old dumb ass Ravens Fan son Bobbi. When I see him, I will quickly sprinkle some fake black feathers acquired from the Dollar Store around the Big Green Egg. I will call Bobbi over and open the BGE's lid to reveal the 4 "RAVENS" I am grilling. What is on your menu?

Ended up adding potato skins, large soft pretzels and grilled bamboo skewers of Buffalo, Elk and Bacon Wrapped Chicken Breasts with Mushrooms to yesterday's menu so I have 8+ lbs of those Jumbo Chicken Wings that were dry marinated in Lemon Pepper and Caribbean Roasted Garlic Spice that I did not use to deep fry for tonight's game if that is permissible and not offensive to anyone's feelings here.

For Sunday Night's Game in Chicago I am going to simply mail it in. No new cooking. Plain vanilla strategy. Going to rest my Natural Gas BBQ, Wood Burning Pizza Oven, Electric Smoker and Big Green Egg. Can't risk any injuries or breakage. Having a Hamilton Ticats @ Saskatchewan Riders Watch Party on Saturday Afternoon for the old vets from the Legion where I am going to deep fry 9 lbs of jumbo chicken wings in the peanut oil of my new outdoor deep fryer along with grilling foot long hot dogs and potato skins. Sunday's Bills game meal will simply be left overs. Planning for the Season Opener against the Ravens has already commenced. Last year for the Baltimore game I made BBQ Pit Beef which went over well. Truth. I may be THE most optimistic Bills Fan on the planet. Yes, I see their flaws. Yes, it can be very ugly at times here in the Man Cave at times during games. However, I make all attempts to stay positive at all times during the game or simply accelerate my drinking toward happiness. WE NEED TO BE POSITIVE BILLS BRETHREN!!!
