NFLPA initiating investigation into Tua’s concussion protocol
Playoffs? replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall
And sorry, Captain.. my point being, we don’t know if it was the doctor, people within the Dolphins organization, or the NFL…. But someone was responsible for putting him back on the field last week and this game…. -
NFLPA initiating investigation into Tua’s concussion protocol

We have no idea what happened from when Tua hit his head on the ground (last week) to when he came back out.m in second half. We have no idea who was responsible for what, or who was pulling strings. We don’t know sh!t. -
1) I truly hope Tua is ok 2) if this is as a result of the Dolphins putting him out there before he was ready… well, that’s a problem.
-
Tua gave that throw everything he had. He’s gonna realize it’s a little harder to complete a deep ball when your WR isn’t wide open.
-
Bills need to put the ball in the end zone this week!
-
Nice! Because we excel at running the football!

NFLPA initiating investigation into Tua’s concussion protocol

Yeah I’m not making that argument. My point is that I just don’t feel the NFL will be able to prove anything, and therefore I don’t think anything will happen. -

I agree too. Not arguing with you at all (and this question is not directed at you), but how can anything even be proved? The Dolphins say, we checked his head, it’s fine. It was his back that was the issue. Who’s gonna say otherwise. Then on top, he still goes back out and makes a game changing play on a long 3rd down, so clearly he was ‘good enough.’ Just feel like the NFL is saying what it needs to say… but what the heck are they gonna do to prove anything? -

Gotta stop with this stuff. Nothing is going to happen. It’s not like Tua was injecting steroids at halftime. He didn’t come out a better player. If he was truly concussed and Miami played him, then they’re lucky he didn’t hurt himself worse. But how the heck do you prove anything now?!? Let it go. It’s done. Bills lost. Weird game all the way around. Best to forget it, get healthy and move on. -

Forfeit - haha!! Nothing is gonna happen, and a fine is comical. -
Biggest thing that bothers me is that we simply should have won. We were and are the better team. We were decimated going into the game, and it only got worse… yet we still easily should have won that game. That’s what bothers me. We gave it away. Let the Dolphins fans have their fun in the sun. It’s an exciting time for them, as it was for us when we were able to get the patriots monkey off our shoulders finally. Miami has found ways to win tight games, whereas we seem to find ways to lose. Gotta be better.

Ha! I keep telling myself that I’m staying off this board all week. Yet, like crack, here I am again.

Chiefs..Bills…Chargers…who had the roughest loss
Playoffs? replied to 78thealltimegreat's topic in The Stadium Wall
There was a game last season, that if we won, we would’ve been hosting the AFC championship game.. but instead, our defense couldnt hold for 13 seconds. The loss we experienced yesterday was just a loss in the grand scheme of things. Yeah it sucks, and sucks more because it’s the dolphins, but if we can somehow get and stay healthy, we’ll be fine. -
Except that our current defense is not really our defense. Should be interesting.

Fantastic…

Morse, 100%. Believe this had a huge impact on Josh’s comfort level during the game.

Can’t call it cheating. To me it’s genius if you’re looking for a homefield advantage. Don’t get me wrong, I hate that the Sun impacted our guys like that. It really made a huge difference. But if it’s not against the rules, it’s not cheating. It’s simply an incredible homefield advantage. Really no way for Buffalo to gain that kind of mid-game weather advantage. I’m sure none of us would complain if there was a way to do so.

I think he was so unbelievably gassed and drained from the sun/heat. The whole offense was.

Anyone know anything about out injuries?

What about Josh? Thought I heard he had x-rays done -

I hear ya, but I feel like that means jack sh!t to teams. If it were the Bills, the mafia would offer to pay it. And if they didn’t, the owner would pull that cash out of their pockets. Money is never an object of concern. Fines are BS in pro sports. -

Not sure if this is a joke. If so, sorry. If not, do you think a ‘monster fine’ scares a billion dollar football team? Money is not the way the penalize.. -
Tua clears Concussion Protocol in 30 minutes.....

Couldn’t care less unless it results in a win for Buffalo. Also, spoiler alert: nothing will happen here. -

Tua unfortunately for us threw a big pass on 3rd & 22 after his ‘concussion.’ Game changer. If Miami violated the concussion protocol, that’s on them if Tua comes out with brain injury. Not sure what else we can say. We still lost.
