  1. The pass pro was fantastic. Best it's been all season. Run blocking was OK but there were a handful of playcalls where you could tell they don't trust the run game. Singletary was 12 for 39 and a TD. Moss 3 for 12. So 15 carries 51 yards. The Patriots are not a good run D. But Allen was on another level today. And the oline giving him time was a big deal. Allen 12 carries 64 yards btw.
  2. Not going to disagree I had a few problems in game but overall the game plan and oline were fantastic. The biggest thing I see is Josh taking the check down short stuff and dump offs to Singletary - I'm really enjoying that. And it looked like we had much better YAC today.
  3. What do folks think the odds are Taylor or Kupp wins it? I've been talking about them and Henry before he got hurt that they are serious contenders for it but it seems most everyone is saying no way. No chance? 10%? If it's between Allen and Rodgers I think they would give it to Rodgers but if Allen slaughters these last 2 teams might catapult his numbers past most of the QBs. Rodgers has 4 INTs on the season. He's been ridiculous.
  4. People are going to rip him for not playing him I get it. But like I said...maybe that was a turning point for his career.
  5. Outside of the obvious... They took out Henry completely
  6. Just a thought.....how much did his benching light a fire under him -- A McD supporter in this situation could tell you "that's exactly the way you want a guy to respond and what you were hoping for when you benched him." /End
  7. Considering degree of difficulty and what was on the line.... This was the best game of Allen's career
  8. New England's oline never holds Because we can't even get in a position to be held
  9. How it always should have been - you know, the original deal Health expert: Surge in COVID-19 cases should no longer be 'major metric' of pandemic A leading health expert said the largely more mild symptoms reported by vaccinated people against the coronavirus proves the inoculation is the best way to protect yourself from being seriously sick or dying from the disease and that a surge in case numbers should no longer be the central metric by which to measaure the pandemic. "For two years, infections always preceded hospitalizations which preceded deaths, so you could look at infections and know what was coming," Ashish K. Jha, dean of Brown University and a former Harvard health expert said during an appearance on ABC's "This Week" on Sunday. "Omicron changes that. This is the shift we've been waiting for in many ways." The country has shifted, Jha said, to a place where people who are vaccinated and especially those who have received a booster shot "are gonna bounce back" if they become infected with the coronavirus. https://thehill.com/homenews/587329-health-expert-surge-in-covid19-cases-should-no-longer-be-major-metric-of-pandemic
