I have nothing but gratitude and respect for those who see to it The Wall exists and runs as effectively as it does and I am aware of sentiments regarding Spiked and Ice. Both whom I consider friends and speak with to this day. I have often wished there was a way both could co-exist better with fellow posters on wall, I miss their posts, in their time they made the wall a lively place. They are both around and very much Bills fans.

When is the deadline for renewing season tickets?
Thanks!

Another screw up by the Browns. What happens when they start looking for a GM who doesn't like the fact that his HC has been picked for him?
-
I believe in the TOS it's called "Volume Abuse"
Kudos to whoever came up with that term.
No one fits the term better than SpikedLemonade!

AKC has also been MIA for most if not all of the season.

Have no fear...I am sure that the rate increase will go towards getting the NFL network on the TW system.

LB with the first pick? That tells me Buffalo might trade back into the first for a DE, granted we dont grab one in FA.
Can you imagine Maualuga & Mays on the Bills D......id take it.
I'm sick of the Bills trading up on day 1. Losman, McCargo & Poz. 2 busts and another who looks to be an average player. Stay where they are at or trade down.
-
Way more than the team will spend.
Exactly. No need to worry. They won't get anywhere near the cap.
-
Don't you know that the referee grading is weighted heavily on weightlifting prowess?
-
Just an extension of the cluster!@#$ of a season. The Bills should be embarrassed making these folks go all over town for a 100 bucks or so.

1. A very good back QB that can compete with the gloved one asap
Yeah, you're right about "glove wearing" QB's. Warner wears gloves on both hands when playing in a dome and he sucks big time, right?

Hargrove 2005: 51 tackles (43 solo), 6.5 sacks, 2 passes defended, 0 turnovers
Kelsay 2006: 61 tackles (41 solo), 5.5 sacks, 4 passes defended, 0 turnovers
Once again, I am not Hargrove's biggest fan, but you are comparing stats for one player who is a starter and one who is a reserve. Did you ever hear of comparing apples to apples instead of apples to oranges?

Surprised by how ineffective UB's offense was. Not surprised that UB's defense was a sieve. How often does a team win the turnover battle by a 5-1 margin and lose by 18 points?
I know the MAC is not a conference of defensive powerhouses, but you have to be respectable.
That being said, a great season that hopefully Gill can build on unlike what Witherspoon did after the bball team came within a couple of seconds of the MAC championship and then was not able to use this to his recruiting advantage.

Gino & Joe's in the Main Place Mall(I like the upstairs location better than downstairs) has really good thin crust pizza. If you work downtown and don't know about Gino & Joe's, you need to venture out a little more on your lunch hour.

Officer, I'm Ko Simpson, I lost my starting job this season and will be out of the NFL in another year or two.

No disrespect, but what did this guy ever do--besides wave his arms around so that the crowd would yell louder--to make anyobody think he's the least bit productive? The guy has 10.5 sacks in 57 career games, and 6.5 of those came in 5 out of 16 games in 2005. Leave out those 5 games (which clearly are the anomoly and not the norm), and you're talking about a guy that averages one sack every 13 games. Yuck.
Not that I'm a fan of bringing el pothead back, but how much playing time did he get over the 57 career games you are using to come up with your number of 1 sack for every 13 games?
I guarantee you he would be more productive at DE than the "next" great white hope, Chris Kelsay.

Did either Slaton or Forte split carries w/ a back that got an additional 200 carries and ran for 773 yards and 15 TDs? Considering he wasn't hording all the carries, that makes the season Johnson ended up having all the more impressive. He didn't have to whine 'bout the process, but he does have reason to believe he should've won the award.
Rookie of the Year voting should not take into account what a player MIGHT have done if he got more playing time.

Cablelady saves the day once again!
Good. Now remind her that we(TW customers) still don't have the NFL network...even though I'm sure it is no fault of TW.
-
If Jones wants to be pissed off, he should direct his anger at Tannenbaum and Mangini who decided to kick Pennington to the curb and bring in Favre.
PS I think Favre should have stayed retired, but it is pretty classless of Jones to rip they guy while he is still your teammate...at least for now.

He is living in a dream world if he really believes that he should be the NFL Rookie of the Year instead of Ryan.
[edited]A case could be made that he wasn't even the best rookie RB....see Steve Slaton.
STH question?

Interesting. I was just wondering how much time the FO has to make a splash in order to convince STH to renew after the cluster!@#$ of a season.
