  1. He's just a fun lovin' happy go lucky guy.
  2. I highly doubt that an ABC employee would tell some neighborhood kid to go get some close up footage for them, knowing the liability involved if this kid got hurt. I also wonder how bodies were being pulled out of the plane in the middle of the night when as of mid-morning they said that the scene was still "very hot"? I guess anything is possible, but it seems like creative writing to me.
  3. http://www.ajc.com/blogs/content/shared-bl...know_i_can.html "...But Brooking is an unrestricted free agent and general manager Thomas Dimitroff wants to rebuild the defense. He has not closed the door to his return, but it would be at a significantly reduced price - and even then it depends on who else could be acquired in free agency." He wasn't released and does not have a big cap number. He is a UFA.
  4. I know the 3 Stooges aren't on as much anymore, but I recently heard my sister saying my nephew(who is 8), isn't allowed to watch them. What?
  5. Overpriced and average at best. They are not even worth mentioning as far as being the best in Buffalo let alone the best in the nation.
  6. ...and along the way, he gets promoted!
  7. I've given up on trying to clear out viruses/spyware. When it gets bad enough, I reformat and save myself a lot of time and headaches.
  8. Good to see!
  9. Glad to see Willy get a shot at the combine. As far as Roosevelt goes, where he is picked in the draft next year could be hurt by the fact that Willy is graduating and the kid mostly likely to replace him(his name escapes me) is an option QB. I am not sure if Gill is considering changing the offense around next year.
  10. I'll start taking notice when UB is able to recruit some 3 star players. This is not uncommon among MAC schools. I am not talking about all 3 star recruits but one or two per year should not be out of the realm of possibility. http://buffalo.scout.com/a.z?s=368&p=9...w=2&yr=2009
  11. So you are saying that it is not possible for Whitner to break up a pass or come up with an interception unless the QB is under pressure? This is the guy who the Bills should build a defense around?
  12. Since it is a given that pass defense is not his strong suit, it is in my eyes. I can live with a safety whose coverage skills are somewhat lacking, but makes up for it in terms of his run defense. In the case of Whitner, his run defense this past year was below average and his pass defense even worst. Wait...well what about his ability to make game changing plays? That would also be non-existent.
  13. Enlighten me...what do poor tackling skills/technique have to do with a non-existent pass rush?
  14. What's your gut feeling. I know a lot can change with some good FA signings and finding a couple of gems in the draft. Therefore, this is nothing more than a hunch. Knowing the owner, the front office, the coaching staff and the young players that are on the team today, how long do you think it will be until the Bills are back in the Super Bowl. I know a lot of the way I feel is because of the last 10 years or so of mediocrity, but I think the Bills are at least 3 years away.
  15. You factored in everything but his play on the field.....no big deal, who worries about that anyways when handing out millions of dollars.
  16. Obvious to you when? After watching dozens of replay that were shown after the game was over? Did your trained eye also see that Rothlisberger was down inside the one instead of being in for the TD before all the replays were shown?
  17. No sour grapes. I had no rooting interest in the game, but in the biggest game of the year, you don't want to utilitize the replay system to the fullest on a play that basically ended the Super Bowl?
  18. Exactly. There is no way within a period of less than a minute or so that the booth review guy could have looked at all the angles and determined that it was a clear cut fumble. It should have been reviewed by the on field ref. That play ended Arizona's chances and an extra couple of minutes to take a look would have been the correct thing to do.
  19. RMPL... http://www.stadiumwall.com/index.php?showtopic=82197
  20. There was no booth review. That was a bunch of BS. Even when the booth initiates the review the on field referee is still involved. Sounds a lot like "No Goal".
  21. I'd prefer to sign Greer and either trade McGee this offseason or keep him for 2009 and let him walk afterwards. If you think Greer is going to command a lot of money, wait until you see what kind of money McGee will be looking for.
  22. Krumrie is a joke with his "wrestling test" he uses to evaluate prospects.
  23. I couldn't find it online, but here it is word for word(I didn't include the entire phone number)... If you were at Bills game on Nov 2, 2008 and sat near S104 R23 S110-112 or have info of fans behavior near that area on that day, contact: 716-881-xxxx I wonder what happened?
  24. Or maybe it's because the pats don't overpay for average talent. i.e Kelsay, Schobel, Walker, Fowler, Evans, etc...
