    I'm on board with a trade. Given my limited knowledge of hockey, seems as if those first round picks generally aren't contributes immediately. Seems like it could be 2-3 years before those potential picks begin to pay off. Why not trade some of the savy older vets with a pick to get in a second line center, or someone who can score some more points behind the Eichel line?

    Just ten years ago, kickoff was filled with flashing cameras and represented the ultimate peak of anticipationand excitement surrounding the game.There was no better feeling or moment in sports. For many reasons, they've ruined that moment and turned it into as anticlimactic as the puck drop in hockey.

    I get what you're saying here, but look at it with some perspective. This isn't exactly a a rust-belt autoworker being laid off. Guys who make it to league and want to work in a high stakes business know the potential glory and defeats of the job. With their failures or firings, guys like Castillo could pick up work in no time.

    Get better soon. I'm sorry to hear this. Have you sought the counsel of more senior or experienced workers in your field? Is it possible someone has been through a similar situation that you could reach out to? I value my union membership and stories like this always piss me off. I hope you get what you deserve and have earned.

    AFC seems so weak. Rooting for Houston and LA just because I feel their offense can hang with the Pats. F the pats. In the NFC, I think Brees deserves another. Although the Foles story should be interesting to watch, given he is healthy
