  1. Food for thought: Is the running game suffering because of our incapabilities as a passing offense, or does our offense struggle to pass the ball because of the awful running game? Chicken or the egg?
  2. Rock ya sin? Is that a serious person?
  3. It doesn't make a difference to me as long as they are a true play maker. I'm looking for a WR that can make contested catches, create problems and be open even when he is not. How he goes about doing that is not important IMO. Size, speed, route running, whatever. Just get me someone in here that can win against 1v1 coverage consistently. To me, there is little difference between having a potential player like AJ Green vs Tyrek Hill....vastly different skill sets, yet both a threat at all times. However, the pieces you choose to supplement your number one talent with is probably more reliant on a particular measureable, whether it is speed or size, based on what your true one offers. Jmo
  4. It's totally possible, and really doesnt seem all that impractical. If we lose three starters in Mills/Miller/Clay, the draft capital and picks should potentially result in an upgrade at those positions and allow for increased talent at WR as well. I know it isn't OL per say, but there is a pretty solid class of free agent TEs available this off-season. With supply up, and talent not worthy of ridiculous contracts, I could see them bringing in two via free agency. This gives them Croom/FA1/FA2 in no particular order (not advocating to drop Clay, but I could see it) Getting these cost controlled, mediumly priced players at TE, gives them the flexibility to get some high level talent in the draft and a big splash WR/OL pick up, or possibly two.
  5. Undoubtedly, no. As a state employee, I can guarantee we'll never get it off. But it's cool to think that the private sector could elect to close/change hours to accommodate the late parties and hangovers. I could get on board with the Saturday idea, albeit the NFL would never move it up one day, relinquishing an entire day of extra publicity and revenue. They have little incentive to move/change it, since 95% would still have it on or watch it regardless.
  6. Strong second period, really turning up the juice with some help from the youngsters
  7. He stays on as QB3, like he is currently, imo. Who knows
  8. To clarify, TT to Balt as a back up for Lamar
  9. You'd think that he might come up with an easier URL Phew.....I was worried...
  10. With a handful of notable QBs likely to, or expected to, leave their team, I'm curious in opinions or thoughts on where they may end up. Considering the lack of expected potential via draft at the position, I could see teams more willing to look to free agency for a signal caller. Here are my guesses: Flacco: Jaxonville Tannehill: Washington Tyrod: Baltimore (backs up Lamar) Manning: Retires Bridgewater: Miami My scenario leaves the Giants with a glaring need atvQB, where they could trade for Nick Mullens or select the highest ranked QB in the draft. The other interesting scenario is Foles/Wentz in Phili, but ill let that play out to make a guess as to what happens. Lmk if I'm missing anyone
  11. I can live without SNF. Sunday at 1:00 pm is a whole different story
  12. As Armold has once said, "Go Chagassss"
  13. Switching to black this new year. Seems like it'll help cut out the sugars, hopefully making it less harmful? Why? Despite popular believe, coffee does in fact hydrate despite being a diruetic.
  14. On the binary scale, she is a one.
  15. My no vote is due to his questionable game management and conservative decision making. Until he proves he can win with these flaws and a defense-first approach, I'll withhold my approval. That being said, great start to the off-season with the staff changes. The future is bright, but it has before and I've only been burned.
  16. Gross, I just want both teams to lose and the stadium to burn down
  17. A few thoughts from the first period: - this team can be tough to watch at times. There is just no consistency with controlling the puck. Every possession is eratic and they seem frantic with the puck -BOS seems to be clearly the better team -I get the hype on Dahlin, but he has had a number of costly turnovers in their own zone this season -Marchand has a very punchable face -Go Sabres
  18. Texans decline the holding and i woulda gone for it on 4th and 5
  19. Hopkins is so special, it's a shame O'Brien only throws him deep fades and quit outs. I saw a stat that showed Nuk caught wayyyyy more balls toward the sideline than any other receiver in the league. Need to see more intermediate throws to allow some YAC. ...and he still was an All-Pro lol
