I may be wrong, however, usually it seems these roster moves generally correspond with one another. For every subtraction, there is an addition, and so on and so forth. Lets say that it was long term, I imagine that it would mean they aren’t prepared to sign a player to the active roster quite yet.

No doubt. loved seeing some excellent run support. Benford had a fantastic edge set on a Henry toss and Elam had a nice open field tackle (I don’t remember who). Those two plays stick out because they offer more to this defense than just coverage ability. Which by the way, they both had their own PBIs that were notable. Kudos here also to the relentless pass rush
