Maybe my sights are set low, but I'd be satisfied with 8-8. I wouldn't be happy about it, but it'll be the best record we've had in 9 years. It'll show improvement and I'd be happy to see him stay on another year.

I don't think it's like Pettine, as they've seen what Shwartz can do as a HC, and it'll take more than one year to prove otherwise. Where as Pettine was making upward/lateral moves, Shwartz coming here as a DC from a HC, being a demotion, teams will be weary.
