According to the Brian Cole Jr. arrest affidavit, the FBI used data from his cell phone provider to track him to the vicinity of the RNC and DNC on the night of January 5. Seems very likely that D'Antuono-- who went on to lead the FBI's effort to round up all the J6 protesters-- lied to Congress about cell phone data being corrupted.
