In a certain sense, this is an indictment of their failure to draft well over the years. You can’t draft so poorly And then pay a premium for a bunch of very good (but not elite) free agents. That is not a sustainable recipe for success.

yeah, McKenzie is not going to be the KR/PR guy. The number of muffs and fumbles he has had in Denver and Buffalo in relatively few chances is alarming.
even in the 1 game when he was returning punts this past year, he almost fumbled the return he took for a TD and he misplayed another punt

Don’t underestimate player development and increased experience (especially playoff experience).
Bringing back the exact same team from last year and they are automatically a better team.
That said, I think we will see them in free agency and draft make some key upgrades still.
