  1. you may be right— like I said, I am no expert. What looked to me to be more gap style runs were those runs against the rams where they motioned knox and Gilliam in and they went right up the guy blocking like fullbacks.
  2. Under PUP rules, he can’t start practicing until after week 4. So I don’t think there is anything to report.
  3. I am no expert, but I feel like we ran a lot more RPO’s this week than last. That can really impact the run blocking, and might explain why a guy like Saffold struggled. it seemed like against the rams, they ran more gap-style running plays. I didn’t see any of that against the titans.
  4. I remain dumbfounded by the one play where Amari Cooper ran out of bounds for like 4 steps before coming in to catch it. You have to have almost no field awareness to do that.
  5. I actually thought Stevens might come back to coach in light of this. Such a waste to have him in the front office as opposed to on the bench.
  6. Haha— this was such a perfect response. You gotta give me the assist for setting you up!
  7. Canada is so bad. You can’t run on second and long with a middling passing game. They are not good enough to have Basically one chance on third down to convert through the air.
  8. well, I hope you are right! But pretty clear to Me no Dane, no Tre, no Hyde, and maybe Poyer. I think we really need Poyer, just for communication purposes.
  9. “Next men up.” Looks like we will be missing our entire starting secondary.
  10. not only that, this came out like months ago from a spoof account and was quickly dismissed as fake then.
  11. I don’t like risk of thunder because it can cause delays.
  12. agreed. It was a bizarre game plan.
  13. I think it is tough. But if if were a DC, I would double team Diggs and force other receivers to beat them.
  14. Why are you all debating over televangelists? The OP just wanted some basic video editing help. 😁
  15. I remember watching this when I was 11 years old, and when Kelly scored on that draw, running around the house screaming in joy!!! What a play!
  16. haha— I had no idea Bojo is in Cleveland now. That is classic. I am going to have to go back and see if the laces were out! Edit: holy cow! I went back and watched it and sure enough, the laces were in on the kick! It was bojo’s fault!!! Stop this at 13:07:
  17. yeah, but the odds of what actually happened go beyond that. For the browns to lose, they had to miss a PAT, give up two TD’s and two PAT’s, and fail to recover an onsides kick with 1:55 left and the jets having no timeouts. The probability predictor gave the browns a 99.9% chance of winning at the time Chubb scored.
  18. i hear what you are saying actually. It was a totally different mindset, for sure. I would pour over that Schedule and self-delude myself into thinking 10-6 every year!
  19. I would love to see an analysis of the different odds there between three kneel downs and Chubb scoring. But it is hard to beat the near 100% that the browns were at after Chubb scored.
  20. I actually bet that the odds were worse for the browns to win if Chubb had stopped short. That is, the odds of a muffed/fumbled snap on any of the three kneel downs probably was greater than what actually happened.
  21. I totally disagree. He is going into score with about a minute left to make it a 14-point game. That wins the game. I don’t think it is fair to blame Chubb for the kicker missing a PAT, the defense folding on a long TD, the jets recovering an onsides kick, and the defense collapsing again. When Chubb scored, the Browns had a 99% win probability.
  22. How great is crowder? I have total confidence with him catching punts and he really provides a nice spark as a WR.
