  1. not sure how credible this site is, but interesting data. Says he got a 20 on Wonderlic..
  2. and the Buffalo News reported that the Bills weren't interested...
  3. I agree with a lot of what you said, but a couple different points of view... Hamdan looked way better than Fitz. He was calm and cool running the offense. He saw the whole field and delivered the ball where he was supposed to. Fitz wasn't bad, just not even close to the Chroisen One. Eric Wood did look better than Levitre, but he got manhandled a couple times. NBC showed one play where a 3rd string DL drove him easily into the backfield, collapsing the pocket in the process. I got the opposite impression of Roscoe. It was more a reinforcement of how Turk needs to find ways of getting the ball in his hands. He's a underutilized weapon in the Bills offense.
  4. I thought this was the worst game (from the commentators) I'd ever seen. Yes, the action on the field seemed to get in the way of all the anecdotes. Michaels seemed almost pissed as he kept watching the monitors and trying to ignore the banter from Collingsworth and various guests. I really hope the MNF broadcast team remembers that there's actually a game being played on the field once the real bullets start flying...
  5. sanity prevails it's also possible that the Bills gave them the wrong stuff, who knows yet?
  6. so weird, it was linked as http://www.billszone.com/songs/shout.mp3, but it redirected to the billszone homepage. I fixed the link to point to the hosted page...
  7. an interesting quote from George Catavolos with respect to draft order...
  8. You're absolutely right. At this point, he's the starting RT.
  9. I think he means as other teams get ready to open their training camps, they will aggressively sign their top draft picks, and the magic number for Maybin comes into focus...
  10. thanks, I never knew how to use the quote button properly before you're very welcome yeah, that's exactly what I used to do!
  11. hehe, explain to me how to quote/reply to multiple posts in the same reply and we're even...
  12. on the upper right corner of each post is #n, which is hyperlinked; click it and you get the URL of that post in a dialog box...
  13. Not sure where you get your schedule from. As Mark Gaughan pointed out: If things go according to plan, Byrd will start practicing around 8/14 and TC lasts until 8/19...
  14. Second-round pick had surgery for sports hernia two weeks ago. Obviously it was something that happened in college or at least not related to practicing with the team. He told the Bills about it, and they convinced him to bite the bullet now...
  15. once again, the Bills weren't trying to trade Roscoe
  16. You're mostly money. The jury might be still be out the bolded part. Our OC has 1 season under his belt, and some new weapons at his disposal. Let's see what Roscoe, Tyke, and Turk can do this season before writing his WR obit...
  17. Tim made a subtle, but strong point in his article. The Bills shopping Parrish was just damn good marketing by agent Drew Rosenhaus.
  18. I had trouble with Firefox, but reloading the page seemed to work most of the time
  19. actually it's Jim Overdorf that heads up contract negotiations, but it's very likely that Littman has veto power since he's the money man.
  20. what happened to the link where Ralph told a reporter this? You did an awesome job deflecting that one...
  21. Also taught in Econ 101 is price elasticity. That is the fundamental reason why Bills prices are kept low; Bills ownership and FO believe (right or wrong) that increases in ticket prices have a significant effect on demand, not a minor one. Maybe you were out that day...
  22. what would ieatcrayonz call Fitz, Carter & Hall? oh yeah, 3 glove wearing mary(s) great article!
