  2. Matter Out Of Place. Scary
  3. Sure, whatever. Maybe even the 2 billion or so we just got from them for rebates for everybody that paid taxes in this country.
  4. Maybe instead of us sending aide, they could forgive some of our debt instead.
  5. Kegster my man. You could sure buy a few places in paradise with one years pay, and never push a mop again. Or broom if you prefer. The chief executive of a Standard & Poor's 500 company made, on average, $14.2 million in total compensation in 2007, according to preliminary data from The Corporate Library. Problems with executive compensation came to a head in 2007 with large severance packages given to CEOs of companies at the center of the mortgage crisis. The International Monetary Fund estimates that the financial turmoil set off by the collapse of the mortgage market could total nearly $1 trillion. Yet, chief executive officers of the firms most responsible for causing the crisis collected hundreds of millions of dollars in pay last year. This highlights the need for further reform to protect companies and their investors. http://www.aflcio.org/corporatewatch/paywatch/
  6. Ah, come on Malthead. Give the guy a break. Thats tough work teaching someone how to use a mop.

  8. Right on Brother!!!!! I loved this line: You have no idea that the hockey playoffs are to the basketball playoffs what the William Tell Overture is to Chopsticks.
  9. Sorry. But can you tell me what the !@#$ this means?
  10. It is one of MANY spots that we could drill. Some here seem to be focusing on only Alaska. What about the Dakotas? What about the Gulf? Why havent we built a refinery in over 35 years? This shiit goes back all the way to Carter. We've stuck our heads in the sand to long. All this shiit isnt new. Like I said in my RANT, nothings going to happen till we start paying 8 bucks a gallon. $200 a barrel is right around the corner. Curious though. Why did you change your handle from Rfeynman to your current one.
  11. Speaking of Gitmo............Check out the slide show too. Go Terrorism!!!
  12. She's been offered 25k a picture from Playboy. Cha Ching!!!!!!
  13. You do realize that if we did get all that oil I described we would be the biggest oil producers in the world. Therefore exporting it. Then maybe keeping the price of it affordable for us peons. WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!
  14. The only way we're going to get past the whining liberal tree huggers and start drilling in the places we KNOW have oil reserves, is when gas hits about 8 dollars a gallon. Then some people wont be caring about a !@#$ing Caribou in Alaska. Or even using new Technology to remove oil from shale could give us 1.5 trillion barrels of oil. Thats a with a !@#$ing T. The billions in the Dakotas. The Gulf of Mexico. !@#$!!! Only Then we could tell OPEC and the rest of them to go !@#$ themselves. Rant over.
  15. Its only .60 cents a gallon in Myanmar. Time to be happy.
  16. Thats great news, Bud!!

  18. He offered to quit. Howard accepted. But right after that, Howard told Artie to just step outside and he'd talk to him privately when tempers settled. Could be the end of Artie unless they claim that it's a joke. Artie said he was trying to kill him and would have gone to prison if he'd gotten to him. Artie apparently felt like Teddy had been stealing from him and then Teddy started complaining that he wasn't getting paid--the second he started saying that, Artie went mental. Just heard the fight again. That was pretty genuine. You can hear Artie just escalating the entire time and that guy Teddy desperately wants to leave (he keeps saying "I just want to leave--can we talk about this later"). Artie then yelled at Howard--blaming Howard for instigating it. Great radio. Not great for the show necessarily.
