i dont think marv thought jim kelly would be hanging up his gloves so soon.i really think marv thought todd collins would be on the bench another year.

i think he will help get better players and help teach some that r here,mikes the coach

well yes he fired clements last night and that was mikes offensive coordinator....today is just firing the defensive coaches who mike never had a say on when he was hired,those were td's guys

the funny part is if things start going well these same morons will be kissing marvs ass to get stories and to be close to the bills

the jokes gonna be on the talented guys marv sniffs out as "non character guys".......marv is smart enough to use all the resources on his front office.he will get us good players

what i like about this is how marv said he took the job in good faith.no lawyares or agents.ralphie saying his deal dosnt even have a number on the years was nice as well.marv talking about how he is overseeing and will let tom modrak use his talent is a relief as well...this will work,go bills in'06 and welcome home marv

for the fans that think ralphie is cheap....i'd like to see them eat a 3 or 4 million dollar contract! it seems so easy for other people to spend other peoples money.i think mike is the highest paid coach we have ever had.

i disagree and i as a fan really hope it is way off the mark..........successful people excell at whatever they do.i think marv is good at whatever he does.

well the bills do have talent! add two guys to the o-line and maybe marv helps big mike williams with his new contract guard status and haslett or teddy cottrell reintroduce our 3-4 defense..we could go to contender status right off.i think we have good enough linebackers right now to be a 3-4 and even keep jeff posey in there.seeing marv at that conference today i have no doubt in my mind he can still coach!

well people forget how marv coached........................he had a different set of rules for guys like thurman thomas.thurman was allowed to be late for meetings.if willis produces and is the face of the offense willis will be able to do as he pleases

i have a feeling that is how it is going to go.and if mike falters with his one year audition ,haslett steps in as our coach

it would almost be worth hiring buddy if we could hire kevin gilbride for a week and watch buddy punch him out again!
