With Oakland's QB situation I'd put them in the 'Very Surprised' category. I'm not a believer in Cinci yet, and they still play Baltimore & Pittsburgh twice each. Baltimore has been so up-and-down this year. It may very well come down to who wins the series between the Bills & jets.

The combined records of our remaining opponents is 26-37. Of the teams I consider "in contention" in the AFC only Houston's remaining schedule, with a record of 24-35, looks easier than ours. New England's (26-38) is similar to ours, but they play teams that we beat early but have come on strong lately (Philly, KC) while we play some teams that are falling off a bit (Tennessee, San Diego). And of course 5 of our last 9 games are in-division.

It was kinda like a preseason game. A few real Bills fans (probably more than usual for this series), at least that many who were there just cause it was an NFL game, and a few fans of the other team. Cannons went off and they played the Shout song when the Bills scored, but the excitment level wasn't there in general. Oh yeah, and I blame the missed field goal on the misguided wave that was going around the stadium when they kicked it. Other than Bills & Skins, saw the following team jerseys: Bucs Lions Cowboys Eagles fish pats jets Saints Giants Chiefs Chargers Raiders Packers Vikings Traffic wasn't bad getting there - my usual trick to go one exit past where they tell you to get off for the stadium again worked well. Not many NY license plates to be seen. Since there was no tailgating, the Loose Moose wasn't bad as sports bars go, and of course there was Keiths.

Yeah I missed those - the first year I went to a Miami game was the first year without a Salvatore party.

This. I have the opportunity this year to head up there, and am excited about the team. I want to do my part to try to improve their chances at winning by improving the atmosphere in the stadium so that it's more like a home game because this year I feel like a)they have a better shot at winning and 2)winning will actually be meaningful. Am I gonna be able to do much from row 7 of section 543? I dunno, but I'm gonna try.
