The Jags were a hype pick for AFCS division winner, and up until last week I was kind of surprised at how bad they were doing. I definitely thought they were going to compete this year. heir failure doesn't seem to be at all due to their defense. Although, plays like the big McCoy TD are the kind of plays that can make or break your game (much like our Duke Williams on Mike Wallace fiasco week 1). Every team lets one of those go every now and then. Based on the past couple times we've played the Jags, I can see why Bradley has been retained. They seem well prepared overall, just unable to fully execute.

Just want to say Lorax hasn't disappeared, just hasn't had the sacks. He stayed disciplined on anew outside run play and forced it back in which led to a punt in a crucial situation. I forget the specifics but I remember praising his play in the game thread.

I broke down their schedules in the playoff thread. Both have crazy tough schedules to end the year. Don't think we know who to root for this time.

Well for a minute there it looked like we had some lucky breaks but NE and OAK both pulled it out and Carr is fine.

Looking at their respective schedules: KC: @Broncos, @ATL, vs Raiders, vs Titans, vs Broncos, @Chargers - combined records at time of typing 40-25, should be 41-25 after afternoon games DEN: vs. Chiefs, @JAX, @Titans, vs. Patriots, @Chiefs, vs. Raiders - combined records 38-25, should be 40-25 after afternoon games Both are really hard schedules. Could easily see them dropping 3-4 of those each. Miami's is much easier: @BAL, vs. ARI, @Jets, @Buffalo, vs. New England. Us beating them likely won't be enough. They need to lose one or two more of those. Really can't believe they have won 7 games at this point.

Next week will be huge for us. Besides our game of course, we have KC@ATL - don't think KC can keep up with ATL, MIA@BAL - hoping B'more takes a hold of their division and knock Miami back down in the process, NYG@PIT - Hope that the Giants continue to roll, but then we have DEN@JAX, which we can hope is a game where the Jaguars finally pull one out. They are due, right?
