  1. I always print out Sports Guy here at work. I started leaving the copy in the stall for others to read. After a few months, I took a couple weeks off. When I returned and visited my stall, there was a message penned on the partition. it said "where's the Sports Guy???"
  2. yeah, Steve, she went the way of many in hollywood....the Leg Implant...sad you know what, that's the beauty of it too. I love b00bs, but legs are one thing you can't fake.
  3. i found it ironic that Tupac's name spelled backwards is Ca-put.
  4. maybe so. but that side has not been proven yet either. I'm just saying this is a surgery that has not had years to perfect. You gotta know it's a risk. he took the easy way to deal with problems he caused himself by poor diet and bad lifestyle most likely. not only that, but I'd love to see all the grave warnings old Chuck signed his name under. sh--, i've had knee surgeries where I was told there was an outside chance I could end up stiff and sporting a toe tag. If it was a mistake, then that's just it. No foul play. Doctors and their staff are human too. Why do people think doctors should do everything right all the time? Hence all the CYA paperwork prior to letting someone under the knife.
  5. yes, Martin/Portis. how about mine? need 1 out of these 3: San Diego @ CLE Car @ ATL ATL vs Car
  6. Isn't it common knowledge that this surgery (and most surgeries) carries with it a risk to your life? I'm sure he was told this was a serious procedure. Ironically, he had the surgery to preserve his life, and it almost took it. http://sports.espn.go.com/espn/news/story?id=1946901
  7. Anytime I can read a Rome interview without having to sit and listen to his painful show, I am a happy man. Thanks Steve.
  8. since when do you have to be "known for something" to be a teacher? she has a degree. Just as I feel she shouldn't get considered for a job because she's the president's daughter, she shouldn't be discriminated against because of it either.
  9. that's a good stocking stuffer! come on Ca-Bram!!
  10. you make it sound like the other choice was gonorrhea
  11. poor kids were billsfanone from the start. Jimmy's teeth and Hilary's chest hair......yuk!
  12. i'm proud to say that I'm the Ryan Leaf of Hogging. Tried my hand at it, but was not very committed to it.
  13. i'd invest in her sister. she looks like she's flying under the radar right now, but she looks better and better every year while Jenna is starting to look more and more like W.
  14. hmmmm, can you imagine being the Brett Favre of Hogging? <shivers>
  15. Reminds me of an old joke: Q) Why do the 49er cheerleaders hate wearing them short skirts? A) Because when they sit down, their balls hang out.
  16. DITTO! i think i'll make that my motto
  17. "He's sitting at God's tavern, having a cold one with Randy Rhoads and Hendrix. Dime was an original." ~Zakk Wylde http://www.metalsludge.tv/main/index.php?m...page&pageid=845
  18. I'm 37 and in pretty good shape. I get told I look 27. I used to be a great football player, I sometimes sound like Al Bundy ("Scored 4 TD's in one game!!!"). I am not very good at sports anymore. ACL ruptured at a field near a RWS parking lot in 90 (we played drunken tackle football in the snow waiting for traffic to die down after a Bills game). Busted that knee up again while skiing 4 years ago. In good shape, but not very flexible any more, nor adventurous enough to try anything. I'm great at Fantasy Football though.
  19. there are more Special Teams and Defensive points in these recent totals
  20. her name should be "Starch" ....she really gets the wrinkles out
  21. Ahhh, Todd Pinkston. The Poor man's Harold Carmichael...... actually, he's less than that, but I heard an announcer (maybe Dennis Miller) call him that once, and I thought it was funny.
  22. Parry lined him up for several yards. I love big hits, but that was uncalled for. He could have blocked him effectively without trying to go right through him. A big hit is a big hit, but when the guy's not looking, all he needed to do was shove him and he would have flown way out of the play. I Hope Springs is alright.
  23. wow! a "Look at Him" post from Mr. Lamp. now I've seen everything. (btw, thanks SDS)
  24. I actually felt sorry for this kid after this hit. Who would fault him for throwing it up and either getting intentional grounding or an INT? not me. the hit and the aftermath: http://msn.foxsports.com/id/3240494_7_2.jpg http://msn.foxsports.com/id/3240496_7_2.jpg
  25. i hate that little prick, but that pass was not only good, it was tight and very accurate. He is also my FF QB, so I knew when I drafted him, he'd make plays for me like that.
