  1. While Philbin is calling a great game, he has nothing to do with Moore being able to put the ball in the right place consistently.
  2. Teeeebowwwww... Teeeebowwwww... Teeeebowwwww... Teeeebowwwww...
  3. matt moore, anybody?
  4. Maybe there is something behind that fine. Seems like he might have been unhappy with how the staff was handling the injury.
  5. With Tebow at QB, Denver consistently won the TOP, turnover battle, and rushing yards. It is nearly impossible to lose when you lead these categories. Control. The. Ball.
  6. I know the feeling. When the whole Mario signing was going down, the text alerts were the only way I could get any news during the day. I work as a trim carpenter, and when the text came in I was perched on the top of a stepladder doing crown molding, hands occupied with the piece, a nailgun, and a bottle of wood glue. Then my phone goes off. I'm freaking out and I'm trying to shuffle around up there to get to my phone, not making any attempt to get off the ladder. Fell off the dang thing flat on my back. Hurt for weeks.
  7. So you're saying there is a chance...
  8. fortunately, i havent erased any since mario signed. i just counted 29. only 6 in the last 2 weeks, including game results. so... yeah. just a jerk looking to make a buck.
  9. Who is his agent?
  10. It's well documented. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zMK9FKMG3Nc Look, he doesn't fit into the football elitists definition of a QB. But do any of our other realistic options at this point? This team has the emotion of a wet sponge right now.
  11. He plays like a pro when he's lined up across from the blue and red.
  12. This. With a team that is almost identical.
  13. Given the choice, anybody in their right mind takes Manning. And this is total speculation about the Jest. What changed in Denver last year that led to a noticeable difference in play? Heart. I'm not saying it would help this year, but since this is all speculation, look at the 2011 Broncos. A talented, yet underperforming defense. An offense built around 2 talented RBs. A down year for the rest of their division. Sound familiar?
  14. This entire discussion reminds me of the Flutie debate. This isn't about skill. It's about leadership, something this team sorely needs.
  15. Donte Whitner (I know, I know) was on Rome before they played the Bills talking about how everybody on the 9ers is into this philosophy. Makes sense. Feel like crap, you'll probably perform like crap.
  16. Thanks, I needed a laugh. But this brings up another point. How many people in the Buffalo area will be able to afford season tickets in the event this goes through? This isn't NYC or DC or even Dallas. http://visualeconsite.s3.amazonaws.com/wp-content/uploads/income_map.gif
  17. Yeah, the D&C article this morning made it seem like it could happen. Regardless, I still think it will be tough to sell 70k tickets for a 6-10 team, no matter where they play or what kind of building they play in.
  18. Doesn't Jerryworld have one of those?
  19. Seriously. Don't people look before they start a new thread?
  20. NOOOO! But seriously, one of the guys in my season tix group bought a two family house in the falls for 9 grand. That whole place is a craphole. I honestly think this Hamilton talk is just a ploy to light a fire under the powers in Erie county and NYS.
