  1. I generally agree, but am concerned about the number of third down conversions they give up. Even early in the game when they are still fresh.
  2. I think based on the last few election results, they believe that the Dems can be crushed and they will not have to worry about long-term consequences.
  3. Didn't he play the next season for the Bills?
  4. I'll go back to the original question: "Why so much faith in J.P?" Because Mularkey, Clements, Wyche clearly supported the change. All 3 of which have coached many NFL QB's in their time. Especially Wyche, who coached Montana and Esiason. If they feel confident that J.P. is ready to start, I will trust their opinion way before a worrywart fan. That bein said, its still the NFL and he still may not pan out....
  5. Why would he be the 3rd choice? I'm assuming that your assuming that James and Alexander would be better choices. The problem with going after those guys is that you need to give up multiple picks including a 1st rounder to get them. Travis can be had for a 2nd or 3rd rounder (I think). That evens the field a little for henry vs. James and Alexander.
  6. I like Pau McQuire's (sp?) comment about Mauck: "He always look like he just ate something bad"
  7. Thanks!! Now I feel like I'm "in the loop"
  8. Who the hell is Nugent?

  10. Not exactly what you are looking for, but here is a picture of Brady in his favorite position while getting "nailed" for a sack: http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/2004/foot...ex.html?cnn=yes
  11. I think you have to be somewhere first. He has not done squat in the NFL until this year. What you did in college means nothing. It is a nice comeback STORY though...
  12. Are you kidding me? Vincent has: * been in 5 of the last 5 pro bowls * missed just 16 out of a possible 192 games because of injury before this season * never sat more than three games in a row (in 9 NFL seasons) Nice hindsight. I'm fine with McGee, but he's been up and down and nobody was sure he would be any good last offseason.
  13. Buff News took my idea and made a story out of it!! http://buffalonews.com/editorial/20041203/1006270.asp
  14. Shame no one commented on this, but good analysis! It seems like a plausible scenario.
  15. He played for Syracuse and is the starting OLB for Miami. Pope is filling in for ZT
  16. Bolts not Birds.
  17. Walt Corey - Memphis Snapping Turtles
  18. That's fair. The Steelers only play Jax, Jets, Giants, Ravens, and Bills. It will be a great defensive game when the Steelers - Bills play. #1 against #2. Hopefully they both have something to play for. I want a good matchup forget this "I hope the Steelers to roll over" BS.
  19. After playing the likes of Miami, Cleveland, Cincinatti, and San Francisco. The toughest part of our schedule is complete. I think we finish #1 in D with these sorry teams ahead!
  20. I still stick with Pats and Eagles. Pitt has a chance, but I will not respect the Colts until they show something in the playoffs. I'm not sold on Vick's QB talent yet - physically he is the best (running, arm strength, accuracy, touch) - mentally he can't read a defense for sh-- and I don't know if he ever will, though he's learning his second system
  21. Guess I was just surprised he was helping someone, but I can see how you took it a different way. Get your mind out of the gutter
  22. Your rehabbing a 13 year old girl?? What's in it for you??
  23. 8-10 NFL games per week are now in HD. I would guess 4 or 5 of the Bills 11 games have been in HD, but not sure the exact number. It's enough to make it worth it, though.
  24. Jags. Thought the Bills needed to get off on the right foot. You should do this as a poll.........
