  1. Sure, does that mean that there are no good restaurants anywhere else?
  2. Oh but don't you know, the Bay area has everything.
  3. I do periodically.
  4. Damn you!
  5. 40 Can't beleive I didn't touch the Douchebag thing... Oh, Good luck John, sounds like you have a good head on your shoulders. Things will work out.
  6. In my best Skooby "Dude if I sold my home, I could afford to buy the homes of every user on TSW".
  7. Oh we all pay......It's just nice to leave the Hospital after a 2 week stay and not have to sell the house to pay for it.
  8. Oh, that's what I meant.
  9. Maybe he had dealt with a "wealth management" company in the past and now he can't afford a suit and tie?
  10. I also grew up when we would leave the house in the morning with our skates on and walk (slide) to the outdoor rink and my mom would be dragging me home by the ear after dark. We did the same for baseball, soccer, road hockey, cops and robbers, hide and seek, you name it. I have 2 young children (6 year old girl & 4 year old boy) and so far have been blessed with children who want to be outside all of the time, in fact we just got home from soccer. Being an IT guy, I see the kids sitting on their computers or video games all day long and I am making a conscious effort to get my kids doing activities instead of playing with technology. Now mind you my kids are still pretty young, but I think if you make the effort to get them moving young, it can pay off later. I will say that times have changed, and that presents a challenge for parents to allow their kids the freedom to roam the streets like we did at such a young age. This just takes more effort on the parent’s part to be more involved. We just purchased a trailer for camping (well you can't really call it camping) and have it at a beautiful seasonal campground that is full of families. The kids have made a bunch of friends and take off in groups (or gangs) and are gone for hours at a time. They go go go all day long, get lots of exercise and are ready for bed early. This seems to be working for us.
  11. Come on, he would barely put a dent in it.
  12. Anyone here been to a hospital in Canada? I have, many times and have never waited more than 3 hours and some times you get right in. I have a family doctor and if I didn't, there are free clinics all over town that I could go to. If you go to the ER with an earache (and many do) yes you will wait for hours and hours because they see people in order of need. A couple of years ago I needed an MRI and a CT scan....guess what, 3 days later I was in. Huh? Now, I live in a small city with 56,000 people and up to date facilities, but I kinda like it.
  13. She's hot. RIP Arturo.
  14. I almost got a date one time.
  15. Couldn't you just fly in for all of their games?
  16. Why the hell would you drive while your daughter lays there without a seat belt on? Rule in my vehicle; nobody goes anywhere, until seatbelts are on, not even out of the driveway.
  17. Fixed it for you.
  18. Hey at least your tattoo is still good!
  19. JP! JP! JP! JP! Enough already with this loser, he can't afford to turn down a job in the CFL.
