The problem with your argument is that our society ALSO decided to not persecute someone for their religious beliefs. So, what this whole argument boils down to is one group of people believing in needing legislation to protect discriminated groups and the other believing in the need to preserve the rights of business owners. The best comparison I can come up with is that I could see Manziel and Wilson making similar plays. I know you'll never see Flacco running in circles in the backfield regularly. Personally, I think he needs to bulk up and sacrifice a little speed. It's not like he has world class speed anyway.
