  1. So how did he get the wounds? That's a lot of conjecture to vote guilty on a jury. None of this means he can't defend himself. Even if you give ZImmerman the biggest benefit of the doubt, chasing the kid was stupid. 100% agree. But guess what? That makes what happened a tragedy that may have been avoided, not a crime. Also, twice accused of either criminal misconduct or violence? So accused once of misconduct and once of violence orrrrrr? Stupid way to phrase that.
  2. When making the list, I realized there's a large gaggle of young talent who could potentially replace the entire Brady, Ben, Rivers, Palmer, Brees old guard. Between Winston, Mariota, Bortles, Carr, Bridgewater, Taylor and even semi-young guys like Tanny and Cousins who could make strides, there's been quite an influx of QB talent in the last few years. Obviously Newton, Luck and Wilson are already there, but I wouldn't be surprised to see half those guys listed above be in a top 10 QB list 3 years from now.
  3. Bortles I could see, but Osweiler's one good win, Tanny's good year then falling back to earth and Fitz having 8 or so mediocre years before his latest career year aren't enough to put them over Taylor, IMO. Agreed. I don't hate everyone.
  4. Oh no! Don't tell me the slow decay will happen faster!
  5. How'd he get the wounds on his head? Even psychotic POS's are allowed to defend themselves. Don't be a dummy.
  6. 1 Rodgers 2 Brady 3 Big Ben 4 Brees 5 Newton 6 Luck 7 Wilson 8 Rivers 9 Palmer 10 Ryan 11 E. Manning 12 Dalton 13 Flacco 14 Romo 15 Cutty 16 Smith 17 Stafford 18 Cousins 19 Carr 20 Winston 21 Mariota 22 Taylor 23 Bridgewater 24 Tanny 25 Fitz 26 Bortles 27 Osweiler 28 Bradford 29 Griffin 30 Sanchez 31 Kaepernick 32 Goff Can't put Taylor over Winston, Mariota or Carr IMO.
  7. Derek Carr lit us up. Lol. Show the stats to back that one up. Or the YPC for the RB's. How many 3 and outs did we have that game? Only a coward sub-posts. BC has 21 more posts than anyone else in this thread. Time to call your optometrist.
  8. But they aren't in a vacuum. There are 15 other games to judge. And while the 2014 defense had bad games, they didn't get lit up by Kirk Cousins.
  9. There should have been some slight drop off, but not nearly as much as there was. Because not only was it decently similar, some of the pieces we added were better. A top 10 CB more than offsets Leo playing a game or two more. Like a lot more. Like 2 wins more. Searcy and Graham at S were basically equal. AW's loss was a blow, no doubt, but even when he was in, the defense was not carrying the momentum of 2014. Same goes for Kyle. Bottom line, this defense, while healthy, got records set on them by Brady. It was reminiscent of the 2012 defense. Certainly, the 2014 defense also had a bad game against Brady. But it wasn't nearly as bad. If I had to rank the causes for the defense sucking and sucking hard in 2015, I'd rank them scheme > injuries > leadership. The injuries come second because without this stupid scheme, they wouldn't have mattered nearly as much.
  10. This is almost entirely hearsay.
  11. Are we even going to get the definition of "core player" during this discussion? And a definition of "mostly?" Or perhaps you'd like to hide behind semantics some more. If not, this is the same crap. Leo playing 2 more games in 2014 was the gamechanger, not the DROY runner-up who replaced him. LOL city. I know the Big Cat school of discourse teaches to throw out words, then invent new and personal definitions after you are challenged, but let's try to be up front here.
  12. Are we talking core players or all players? Did you forget your argument? Here's where it gets fun. Robey's snaps in 2015. 673. Leo's snaps in 2015. 388 Robey's snaps in 2014. 640. Leo's snaps in 2014. 534. Which guy contributed more in both years again? Which guy is absent from your dazzling charts? My point, as always, is that you have a penchant for making flawed arguments. Bro they play in nickel 2/3's of the time. Shouldn't you include the CB who had the 3rd most snaps two years in a row or nah?
  13. Quick question. Do you care if they suck or not? Like if our LB's suck this year, and Brown and Bradham sucked last year, is their departures still to blame? Buff is in nickel 2/3's of the time, so where is Robey in the 2014 heat map? Oh. That's right. Not there. #consistency.
  14. How pumped are you to finger point at the departure of Rambo as the reason for 2016's struggles? They lost a key contributor with experience in the system!
  15. Leo a starter in 2015? Are we talking about the same Bills?
  16. The Cavs change dramatically depending if JR Swish is hungover or not.
  17. Another guarantee that the top 3 pick at WR will be productive. Bold. Hi Marquise. Hi TJ Graham. How many catches between the two of them last year? Did they get to 1 for -2 yards?
  18. How does this prove the offense lost us more games than the defense again? Doesn't the heat map show the Bills offense performed at a high level in 8 of the 16 games, while the defense only had 3 great games? Doesn't the heat map show the Bills defense had more terrible categories than the Bills offense? Doesn't the heat map show we lost 4 games when the defense was below average, and only lost 3 when the offense was below average?
  19. If we draft a bust who catches 1 pass for -2 yards all year, was Woods easily replaceable?
  20. And what I'm saying is that we shouldn't act as though we have replaced them when we haven't. For all we know, Boldin thinks Buffalo sucks and wouldn't come here for $8M a season. Boldin played as the #1 WR and got 30 more targets than Woods and averaged less per catch. I think they are closer than you think.
  21. We haven't gotten the same production. You seem to be missing the point. If the Bills pass for less total yards next year, Sammy, Woods and Clay all hit their 2015 numbers, and the gaggle of bums get less yards and TD's than Hogan, was he really easily replaceable?
  22. Then why haven't we signed one to replace Hogan, a guy even more easily replaceable?
  23. Well maybe we should slow down calling Woods easily replaceable when we can't replace an inferior talent.
