Ive never been but it's about 95 miles south of me. Just a place you pass on the way too LA. Not sure what it's like there. One thing is for sure it's probably very hot.

Ive always wondered about the sanitary thing with those. When cutting meat, does the blood and stuff soak into the wood? We have a 3" thick Viking wooden cutting board at home and its always in the back of my mind. Kinda not what your talking about but Ive seen counter tops made with recycled soda bottles that look kinda cool and are different.

Well, the ball is pointed at both ends. There's a reason that they play the games. Cliche's aside, I wouldn't have given the Texans a chance yesterday either against the Titans. They stunk the week before and they were on the road against a very good team that suffered a tough loss the week before against the SB champs. Things looked like they were going to get owned by Tenn. Didn't happen though. You never know.

Gee who'd a thunk it? Running game = Qb looking good!! Also you mention the run. I didn't realize he could move around that well. He looked decisive when he did. I yelped when he took on that db!! Scared the **** out of me. Showing all around confidence improvement imho. Next week should really be interesting for him. If he can put up another good game it might be a big step for his development.

I liked him today overall. Showed promise. Seems in control and not afraid to take a shot to get the ball to the guy he wants. I also know that he is a much better qb than Leftwich is.

Agree. I think our best chance is their bad defence. Hopefully we can get a couple turnovers or maybe a special teams play that can tilt the game in our favor. I'm really looking forward to this game.

Not true. I did see them play a pre season game way back. I think it was their second season in the league. Saturday night 6pm game at Rich Stadium. I still have the program somewhere and it had Ricky Bell (RB) on the cover. I guess he was a high round pick back then. They also had Anthony Davis on the team. 77' or 78' I think.

Thats a little different. It just seems like wearing an uncomfortable football helmet to a game smacks of someone wanting to be a NFL player so bad they have to wear a helmet to live the fantasy. Like dude, just because you wear a helmet doesn't mean your a real Patriot! Your not a football players. Its the way I perceive it anyway. A lot different than wearing a jersey or pants to show your colors. Now if they decide to wear their goofy helmet on road games at least there may be a practical reason for that. Protection against projectiles launched your way and so on. I have the feeling that wearing it might draw way too much attention though to make it worth it.
