Murray has old man power, like dad powers. He just keeps moving and you have to trip him up to get him down. I hope we use him more often if we are in the playoffs, control the ball and wear teams down with him.

There has been only like 13 different Superbowl champs since Pats won in 2002. Pats, Giants, Chiefs,Steelers, Bucs won more than once. I could care less if we only have 11 wins and go to the playoffs. If you are hot and healthy when the playoffs come around nothing else matters for those next few games. Many times we talked about how its wasn't the Pats year and boom playoffs come and they turn it up a few levels. We have a great team and we grind out an ugly win. I know Bean and company aren't going to send big drafts picks for soon to be UFA's. But looking at a team like the vikings who could be 1-5,1-6 shortly seems they could also be a target for some trade options. For LB help with our limited cap space I like Jordan Hicks...He doesn't carry a huge salary (keep in mind we don't have much cap space) He is a decent vet who could bring some leadership and help to the position. He is no Milano but brings the stability we need. We have two options, stack the offense so we score 30 points on anyone every week without effort or find some decent replacements on D to contain offenses to 17-20 points a week.

This offense when calling plays right is still capable of scoring 27+ every week. Maybe the 35-10 type wins are over but 38-31 wins can still be had.
