I'll bet on my O 9-10 times.. (knowing what was wrong w Gronk I double down on them going to Bennett instead. Was a dumb move expecting a hurting Gronk be beat Chancellor)

Bills Have Not Beaten Anybody
PatsFanNH replied to BuffaloBaumer's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I watched both games, scores were similar but the Pats v Seahawks game was a playoff type game where either team could win. The Bills v Hawks game while a good game no one felt the Bills would be able pull it off at the end.. where as the Pats had 4 cracks at it to put it into OT... -
Pete Carroll on Foxboro Atmosphere...
PatsFanNH replied to quinnearlysghost88's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Ugh.... we are no where near as loud as the Seahawk fans, but the place isn't terrible for noise... it can get loud in there... but we have a lot of clueless fans as well.. Also most AVERAGE fans can't afford to go see a game as the ticket pr Fed are just to high for anyone with a family to afford unless you make sick money... and rich people are not loud.. lol -
Revis: an option for Bills at...Safety?
PatsFanNH replied to K D's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Hmm in 2007 the amazing escape from a sack and Miracle catch wouldn't have changed... maybe Asante on Plaxico instead of god I forget his name... and Maybe Revis makes that INT that Asante dropped. As for the other SB, nah great passes into tight windows, I don't even think Revis could have been any tighter on Mannningham that game.. -
Not the first time a player from Boston did something like this. Bergeron from the Bruins played game 6 of the Stanley cup finals with 2 broken ribs and a punctured (actually they said HOLE in the long)lung. He spent a week(?) in the hospital following that game 6 loss. (Tough SOB but that had be dangerous

I do believe they missed an XP earlier in the game.. or am I thinking of a different game? But anyways the point after is hardly a gimme anymore Well the Patriots proved you wrong IMO. They were first and goal from the 2 with less than a minute to go.. (yes they held but it wasn't because they were a great D that shut them down.)

Ezekiel Elliott: just OROY, or MVP candidate?
PatsFanNH replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Imagine Gurley with a competent OC and HC! -
Of the group you listed only Seattle has a competent O to go with their D.
-
Hmm that's possible I will have to rewatch it. I still say they should have gone to Bennett, Bennett was a beast last night.
-
Is it just me or are there no truly scary Defenses in the NFL anymore? I mean there are a LOT of potent so out there? Pittsburg,Atlanta,Raiders etc But I can't think of one D that is truly scary.. maybe Philly? How about you guys?
-
OMG did Philip rivers poop the bed or what in that game!
-
I don't think the kick would have been blocked from that close is why I said that. And is it me or are there NO scary good D anymore in the NFL? I can't think of one teams D that makes me say "wow they can win the game"
-
Come on, the new rule pretty much changed the winner of the Saints v Broncos game! Under the old rules that's a gummies point and the Saints win.
-
Lol I am happy with how Hogan has done this year. He isn't great but he is a def upgrade from what we had, and he brings a deep threat as well. Whoever loss last night it wasn't going be on their O but rather their D. Neither teams D did much to stop the other team consistently. (The Pats couldn't stop anything between the 20's but kept them to a lot of FG, and well the Hawks rarely stopped the Pats and gave up mostly TDs.) Like I said before 2 games played in 3 years and both end on GOAL LINE stands on Defense.l to preserve the win. That's an amazingly competitive game! (Also I think highest rated Sunday night game this year?)
-
Shook up the big guy and Gronk even said that was the hardest hit he had EVER received.
-
IMO that last night lay was a mistake, they keyed on Gronk all game but Bennett was tearing them apart I say they should have done the same play to Bennett on the other side. But hey it's 1 game and the Pats lost it, it was a fun game to watch if you love Offense.. I woukd not lose sleep in a rematch in the SB that game could have gone either way last night. Lol ya he was a def ghost last night. But the box score is wrong I remember the announcers saying "Hogan has not had any balls thrown his way yet" and litterally on that play Brady tried to thread the needle to him and Hogan turned the wrong way... was a bad game for Hogan.
-
Hogan was a non factor, Brady tried feed it to him twice but he either sighed when Brady expected a Zag or he just went to far downfield.

Ezekiel Elliott: just OROY, or MVP candidate?
PatsFanNH replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Elliott IS the Cowboys Offense if he went out injured I say they go on a massive losing streak. Also the Cowboys downfall (if there is one) will be their D. It will get lit up by good/great Os, like it did yesterday. Elliott is def in the MVP talk though. Kid is amazing. -
Guarantee the Bills will NOT lose this weekend!
PatsFanNH replied to Buffbills1fan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Carolina and SD losses ticked me off more than my Pats losing. At least the Pats game was competitive and not decided by idiot mistakes. (Although 2 games played and both end on Goal line stands! What are the chances of that happeningG!) -
Collins was better against the pass but neither one covers their #1 WR AND why he was ever covered by Roberts is beyond unforgivable by our DC Patricia. (You scream TO when you see that.) i think Jones was ok they were ok without him, but this was the first game without Collins and well I remember some other first games without a superstar (42-0) I suspect they will right the ship and win out. He could be, Brady loves him but he will get pissed if he keeps the drops and fumbling up. Not good piss lord VADER OFF..
-
I think the Bills back in the day with Kelly and the crew would call a performance like last night "sloppy". You can't win games when you turn the ball over. Last year they were about the same as always. This year Edelman fumbling a LOT more (and dropping a lot more) than he ever did. IMO that has more do with him mentally than the Psi of the football. (The guy who got suspended for it has had a career year and off to another career year so I think he likes the psi where it is)
-
Pats played a very sloppy game last night! The Brady interception was God awful ugly and the fumble by Edelman hurt a lot. The worst of the worst was a defense unable stop ANYTHING between the 20's. Well on to SF!
-
Never thought I see the day that Bills fans would be rooting for a pats victory. I think they will since it's in NE and the Pats are (knock on wood) healthy.. Mind you Sherman has been getting away with a lot of game changing penalties this year.
-
Pats have done it a few times, they traded Branch,Seymour, and cut Milloy who signed with the Bills the week before opening day. The Pats got crushed opening day but won the SB that year. But this isn't all that unusual for the Pats under BB.
