I agree but the one thing makes him unique is he played all 3 phases of football in the NFL. He of course played WR, he as well was a damn good punt returner, but he also played CB for NE his first 3 years on occasion. He was willing to do anything help his team win, is he HOF player? I don’t think so. Do I think he was amazing and fun as hell to watch if he was on your team? Yes I do.

I see him making only the Pats HOF. He was amazing to watch and had a few spectacular catches. (Probably the most improbable catch ever in a SB) I am shocked Monk and Reed aren’t in! They were a lot better than Edelman the ONLY thing Edelman has over both is rings.

He doesn’t IMO deserve the HOF but the man put up amazing numbers and was a SB MVP not to mention he got hit hard a lot and got right back up. He also was a big reason they won the last 2 SB and almost won the SB against the Eagles. I know most hear hate him, but IMO he was one of those players if he is on your team you love him but if he isn’t you hate him. (Rodney Harrison comes to mind I hated him on the Chargers but loved him on the Pats lol)

It was! Only question Mark was Allen and if he would take that next step.

I’m just glad the Bills took the division and not the Jets or Phins.. I will support my team even if I have go there the late 80’s and early 90’s pain yet again. I hope not but I will still cheer for them..

They don’t want Tua be bad but they have enough Capitol move up for one.. I guarantee you there is a couple they are intrigued by already for next year.

Wel at least unlike Jet fans our team actually mattered at some point. Except they hedged their bet on Tua. They have I think 3 first round picks next year. Easy to get a new QB.

Umm ya the O line is stacked! What we have for 2nd string be first string for a lot of teams. We traded Cannon because he wasn’t needed anymore and also injury prone. LB they have Van Noy, Hightower, Judon. can Noy had the 3rd most pressures for a non D lineman in the NFL last year. Add in Winovich and Uche and that’s a strength on D. secondary stayed the same with one addition. But was also one of the best in the league last year. Dlins — ugh couldn’t stop ME from running the ball last year.. the Pats added Godchaux, Anderson for that reason. Oline they added Karras and Brown. Brown is a beast when motivated, and Karras can play Guard or center. Pats also had a rookie come in and dominated on O line making Thuney expendable.. o line is set.. WR — they were an upgrade.. but I agree they are average.. but Edelman coming back and Meyers getting better should be a decent group that’s just missing a top threat. They get Jimmy G that will hopefully be found at 15. QB — can I hide lol.. Both are meh to OMG Bad. I am expecting hear a trade for Jimmy G any day now otherwise they trade up get Jonesboro Fields whichever one they can get.

They are giving Tua 2 years prove it otherwise they have the 1st round picks draft his replacement. A great move.. and if he is good they have draft capital fix other areas of need.

Two areas they are better in than SF. Offensive line and RB. WR are a wash and they have the better TE, but the Pats have the better duo of TE (if that makes sense). Jimmy G only flaw is he is brittle as anything. I think he be a good stop gap between Brady and the next QB.

It’s how they spent. They strengthened their O line and D line. They got a very Good LB to compliment Hightower.. on O they got 2 of the best TE available. The only question Mark really on the team is the most important position.. QB. They have been saying up here Jimmy G is plan A at QB.. so I expect a trade and then if Jones is gone at 15 they pick the best WR left to add to the toys Jimmy G has. If Jimmy G isn’t traded to the Pats expect them to bundle a lot of picks to move up and grab either Jones or Fields whichever one is left after the frenzy first few picks.

Bruins are good, Celtics should be but god are they struggling.. Jets will be 4-12 this year.. Pats I see at 10-6 maybe even 12-4 depending on who is QB... (they were 7-9 with a sub par group playing a much harder schedule.)

(Scratching my head) you lost to NE for like 20 years.. hell Brady had more wins in Buffalo than Buffalo QBs before Allen. That said you had one game where you bet them down the other you needed a Newton fumble to claim victory.. mind you it make our division one of the toughest with Miami, Buffalo, and NE all being legit teams.

He will get another shot after he restructured his deal in NE to prove he is a good QB.

I was thinking the same thing and the Pats still draft Mac Jones at 15.

I’m a Pats fan and I am 95% sure the Bills repeat and the Pats finish second and Phins third.

Not bad traded down got Mac Jones at 30 and also got Moore and another WR in the second round. I also landed Buffalo 2nd, Atlanta 2nd, in 2022 plus 2 more 3rds and 2 more 4th round picks for next year. Giving me enough draft capitol if I feel Jones isn’t the new franchise QB.

It all comes down to where Watson wants to go. He has a no trade clause so he dictates who he wants to go to. SUPPOSEDLY NY and Miami are out. He wants to go to SF or Denver now supposedly.
