  1. It really was. Super disciplined at all three levels. That was a beautiful series.
  2. Yes. Then we can rest the starters against the Pats.
  3. I'd think if it was zero chance and the doctors had told him it was a minimum of 6 months before contact then Micah and the Bills would come out and tell us that. There must be something promising coming from the doctors that they haven't just completely shut down the possibility. It's not just wishful thinking on our part.
  4. I'm having a hard time believing it as well, but he's been working out and practicing. I'm assuming he's fit and ready should he be cleared for contact. Doubt it happens, but it's fun to hold out hope.
  5. I almost feel like McDermott and Frazier are okay just playing the most vanilla base nickel possible during the first drive while the opponent picks it apart before unveiling their grand defensive plans from that point forward. Like the D is playing possum and gathering Intel for the later rounds of the fight.
  6. Lol, I'm an eye-talian myself, so I know the deal. Guess I've just learned to tame that beast in my middle age.
  7. Exactly. How do people get themselves worked up over this kind of stuff? At the end of the day, all that matters is wins and losses and setting yourself up to win the big game.
  8. Yeah, this is one time where Wright gets it right. Josh has been pretty mediocre as a passer since the Chiefs game. I was hoping the Pats game was the lightbulb coming back on moment for Josh, but he's seemed to regress again against the Jets and Bears (mostly, very good-to-great against the Phins). He's just making way too many mental mistakes, rookie type errors, that I really didn't expect to see at this point in his career. I also think his fundamentals and footwork have gotten really sloppy. I still love the guy and believe he can win us a Super Bowl this year. The one thing he's been able to do this year is bring his A game against the biggest and best competition when the lights are shining the brightest. That's what sustains my hope for the postseason.
  9. I love Devin. He's a good back - sort of in the Travis Henry type of class. Obviously, doesn't have breakaway speed, but Thurman had zero jets after the first 20-25 yards. Cook is the perfect complement.
  10. Not the best, but good enough for sure, especially once you throw Allen in there. Now let's just commit to using them with more regularity.
  11. wouldn't shock me. him and Cushing were basically built in laboratories. (add Hopkins to that mix too). Well, based on Bruce's career stats, "it's a hell of a drug."
  12. Except, the Fins are actually good. I would not want to see them again. Much prefer a team like Baltimore.
  13. Dorsey does him no favors but Josh needs to watch some Trent Edwards footage (never thought I'd say that)
  14. He ran for a first down on that play. The holding call killed the drive. Not the playcall or Josh execution.
  15. Beautiful! Just keep the damn ball out of Josh's hands the rest of the day.
  16. Fumble recovery! I can't believe it!!!
  17. Nah. We tend to play to the level of our competition. I expect us to make it a game, but I don't see us winning
  18. Josh holds the ball too damn long. We don't want to hear it, but Kurt Warner is right. Way too often Josh just drops back and stands there flat-footed, not even on platform to throw the ball. His fundamentals have regressed over the course of the season.
  19. This reminds me of the Jags game last year. Josh is just easily goaded into going away from the short and easy stuff. Just run the ball, take the damn check downs and you win by 8-10 points. Frustrating
  20. It's up there with the second halves against the Jets and Vikes for sure. Bad job in pretty much every possible way.
