  1. Foolish, unnecessary and undisciplined. Same as always. It's what he does when he gets wound up while speaking. The performance of some of our NATO allies has been disgraceful, but there are other ways to bring that point into the light.
  2. Just pathetic. Joe Biden has never had any other job other than running for office. His "college professor" claims are his normal fiction. That is all he has ever done. Hardly inspired, and never inspiring, but in some inexplicable way, has made a fortune that cannot be explained.
  3. You are obviously too stupid to figure this out, nor capable of reading. Everything I have said here relates to Russia invading Poland or Germany. You continue to suggest I am talking about Trump, which has not occurred. To be responded to, you have to make sense. You don't.
  4. With all due respect, the appointment delays impacted a lot of people and a lot of families. It was a stupid strategy and further separated the military from respecting Congressional politics. Next time, hold up appointments for positions in the political world, and not the military. Makes more sense and doesn't penalize people who have no authority to influence these things.
  5. Not true. Not surprising you wouldn't know.
  6. He isn't my buddy, and that has nothing to do with Russia invading Poland and Germany. You will have something when that occurs and you can quote my claim that it is preposterous. Until then, you can throw stupid stuff at the wall and be laughed at.
  7. I'm not sowing anything. There is zero chance Russia does what you have suggested. You have weird stuff in your head.
  8. Still a complete insanity post.
  9. Complete insanity post.
  10. No. It implies nothing other than what is stated. Biden is finished. I have no view on this obvious exposure of the man as a significantly diminished individual, re Trump, and your assertion is not only unsupported, it is idiotic. Kinda Bidenesh
  11. Maybe there is another Sherpa here, or maybe you are as cognitively challenged as Biden. I have never said a thing about people voting for Trump. Do you and tibs share the same imagination?
  12. Save it. He is done. Not that he will remember it. Should be a good week watching his staff react after having failed to protect him from himself. They'll be on it first thing after the Super Bowl.
  13. They are both guilty beyond reasonable argument. The difference is that Biden is now absolutely done. Last night was fatal. It is over. Trump, we shall see.
  14. You can't negotiate a state unless there is a governing authority to negotiate with. I have tried to make this point a few times. Who do the Israelis negotiate with? Hamas-determined to exterminate them? The Palestinian Authority led by an 88 year old Mahmoud Abbas? There is nobody to deal with. The Palestinian issue is an internal mess which provides no path to a solution. So.....They get Iranian aid and try to kill Israel. It's no more complicated than that, and until they provide a humane, rational leader, there is no other course other than to defend against their Iranian supported, funded and trained murderous Iranian subordinates.
  15. You post this nonsense all the time, and you don't even realize how goofy it is. Nobody is totally innocent anywhere in any circumstance. The point is that to make unnecessary stupid comments that do nothing but insult your greatest ally involved in such a struggle is a stupid, unforced error that should be inexcusable for anyone representing a government. They should not let this guy off the leash. It never comes off well.
  16. Most of the world isn't Israel nor facing what they are facing at their border, which is a funded, trained terrorist organization that wants them and all their people eradicated. Most of the world didn't go through what their citizens did on oct 7. It was an ill-considered, unnecessary, almost flippant comment deeply criticizing our best ally and only democracy in the region, a region a spark away from conflagration. Evidently, it got huge play in all the Israeli press today. This guy should stop talking and just enjoy the next 11 months. When he speaks off the cuff, it is never good, and often senseless.
  17. A very, very, very stupid thing to say.
  18. Managed a travel baseball team for three years, kids ages 10/11/12. Served as an election officer for five years. Taught personal budget and finance course for inner city folks trying to end generational poverty. Now I serve as Treasurer of a local volunteer fire company.
  19. What you are doing is claiming a general view and not considering specifics within that proclamation. Tariffs against parties competing on equal footing are not desirable. Tariffs against parties that are stealing technology, stealing manufacturing processes, and stealing copyrighted/patented property warrants response. That is China, and that is where we are. China has been stealing from the US manufacturer and employer, and thus the employee for years, and in the last few years has elevated the threat to a military component.
  20. I have run a business in South America, importing to the US. I am very familiar with tariffs, the strategy and tactics of Mercosur, less so with China , but enough to know they absolutely deserve tariffs, as I am very familiar with the history of Israel, a suggestion that you claimed I might not be aware of. Perhaps less didactic posts towards the people here who who might be a bit more informed than, to use your phrase, "the average internet poster." People here aren't stupid, and might have done a lot of stuff.
  21. Perhaps, but the first response is tariffs. Nobody on earth deserves tariffs on their goods more than China. It is simply good policy.
  22. I can't believe you named this industry. I really talk myself out of posting, but I was going to use this as an example, just based on my experience. I was sitting next to a guy on an airplane who was the CEO of some company, and we were talking about this China law that if you were going to build a production factory there, you had to provide the Chinese gov detailed information on process and everything else related to production. That is their way, among others, of stealing R&D info, and avoiding copyright stuff. Anyway, he told me that there was a California solar company who had decided to produce there, and submitted the info. Detailed info. In less than a year, there was a Chinese factory spooled up in the same city they wanted to produce in, and this company was producing the exact same solar panels they had provided information on. Ever been to the Pearly Market, or Silk Market in Beijing? Those are two huge markets that do nothing but sell knocked off US and European goods. No patent or copyright compliance. It's a joke. Hell, I, wearing prescription sunglasses I bought there that are direct copies of something in the US that would sell for $150+. Got them for $23, delivered to the hotel. Once, while visiting the Silk Market, I was with a guy who was looking into a Tesla purchase. Across the street from the Silk Market is a Beijing Tesla dealership. The prices were 75% higher than you could get one for in the US, solely based on Chinese tariffs. They have run a rigged game for years, all designed to undercut US and European labor. Total scam.
  23. Strongly disagree. Harming the consumer has a limitless connotation. Destroying US industry, and the jobs associated, is a very bad long term issue. Allowing gross intellectual, research and production stealing, and then using those manufacturing techniques to undercut US workers to sell at a cheaper price is a suicidal posture, and China does it all the time, across many industries.
  24. The US has a history of implementing tariffs in response to unfair trade practices. In the case of China, who is a grossly unfair trade partner, implementation of tariffs is common sense and just plain smart.
  25. I, as well as everyone here, am well aware of how this works.
