  1. it worked out pretty well last time the experts went against the Bills. Lets hope for a similar result #GoBills
  2. For those on Twitter was reading that the @BillsBackerUK was putting together some things that no doubt will follow on soon & will no doubt be posted on Stadium Wall & Buffalo discussion boards as things are orgainsed Really looking forward to the game & meeting up with Bills fans from around the UK & those who venture across for a number of beers & Bills talk in my adopted home town Go Bills
  3. The only games you will catch in a pub in London is the games on Sky. 1 game at 1800 & 2100 (local time). The sports cafe (think it is called Riley's now) on Haymarket use to be good Try http://www.matchpint.co.uk/pubs-showing-us-sports for listings at pubs The only way to guarantee watching the Bills game is getting NFL game pass and watch on you tablet, computer etc. Granted you don't have the atmosphere of the pub but you get to see the Bills each week
  4. Yes it may have been a bit early but you have no idea he wouldn't have been taken later. There was no doubt the Bills needed a QB. They identified 'their guy' and got him. In the process they got an extra second round pick and a seventh plus we have a player at the most important position in football. QB's always go before 'their valued spot'. Do you think Jake Locker was worth the 8th pick, Christian Ponder the 12th??? No but this is how drafting QB's goes. Without a good one it doesn't matter how good your team is Teams panic when it comes to QB's but you can't compare EJ to Tebow who was never a good pro prospect. While EJ might not be your guy this Bills regime think he is and it's there butts on the line. Get behind this pick as he could be the guy to take our team back to the playoffs and our extra second rounder brings us another player that can make a difference to the fortunes of our Bills Go Bills
  5. @AdamSchefter: Redskins TE Fred Davis dined last night in Washington with Bills HC Doug Marrone, GM Buddy Nix, Doug Whaley and other Bills officials. This would be a good move if we can sign him. If healthy he has some upside
  6. We will find out soon enough the way it is going. He will be our only option....
  7. @RapSheet: Source: #Broncos have released linebacker D.J. Williams. Definitely worth a look
  8. Been great. Been listening all day from London UK. Much easier than have the web open all day hitting F5 All been real positive, but trying not to get too excited.
  9. I wish I had some heart medication to take. Still shaking. Glad Searcy got the pick but I thought te raiders had it! Secondary needs to tighten up for next week and lights out needs to be that, but stoked for the win. Nice to win close ones Gailey is running one he'll if an offence. Very confident in there abilities. Thought they might have tried a 2 point conversion earlier on. Bring on the pats
  10. Very similar size as Haloti Ngata. He is listed at 6.4 350 and he plays DE for the Ravens. We can only hope Dareus turns out to be just as good! (I now it's old news but he is one guys we should have drafted ad discussed here many times) Really liking the future for our D.
  11. NFL HD Gamepass is online. The resolution is OK, plus you can get all the games if you want and can watch them when ever you want, plus you get a few of the NFL networks shows. It is setup for NFL fans outside the USA. You will get a couple of games a week in Australia. Some will be on cable and some on the commercial channels, but NFL game pass is your best bet. Not too sure about the NHL games though......
  12. Oher should be the pick. It all starts up front......
  13. Wicked. Will do my best to get there early. I am driving up from Cape May (where the wedding is). I will have to kick the others out of bed early.......
  14. Bills NYC. I am over for the opening of the regular season. Should be a better way to watch the game than I am use to.
  15. Hi Guys I am over in New York opening weekend for a friends wedding from England. Now unfortunately I can't get up to Buffalo for the game, but would like to watch it with fellow Bills fans. Can anyone let me know which bar in Manhattan bills fans watch the game Thanks guys
  16. Good to see JP enjoyed my country. I had similar experiences on all my trips to the states. Driving on the wrong side of the road was tough to get use to. Getting outside the main cities you meet some awesome people, and driving is definitely the way to see the most. Australia is very similar to the states in that sense. But you never go against the countries national sports you always lose. That being said, Ausrtalian rules isn't very tough. It is fast but not very physical. Either rugby code is alot tougher (even though after playing American football back home I was alawys more beat up after American football game than a game of rugby) Way to go JP.
  17. Couldn’t agree more on Justice. MW is no where near the athlete that Justice is. Teaming Peters and Justice would give us young athletic bookends for years. Not a sexy pick, but something to build around. I think Justice is going to be special. As for the next 2 picks, Allen & McCargo will likely go a round higher. I have seen McCargo taken by us in the second in one mock. Safety is a fairly deep in this draft, with good value players in each of the first few rounds. I still think Bing will be there when we pick in the second round, due to the slower than expected 40 times, but the guy is a player, and I would love to see him suit up for the Bills. Rod Wright and Orien Harris seem to be slipping and may be there in the 3rd. Combine this with a Guard with our other third and I would go to sleep feeling pretty good after one day of the draft.
  18. The only negative against Haloti Ngata is that he tore his knee up 2 years ago, which seems to be OK now (looking at his stats this year). This guy has been a stud for a long time. He was ranked the number 2 player in the country coming out of high school in 2002, behind a guy called Vince Young (who has a little talent). That being said ends are harder to find, and if Mario Williams would be my pick, but Ngata isn't bad compensation...... Hopefully we can sign a few O-linemen in free agency, there seems to be better options there than on the D-line.
  19. Like Lofton80 said. If we are picking in the top 5 Mario Williams has to be the pick. This guy has Peppers type potential. You don't let a player like that pass
  20. plenzmd1. it was a regular double decker bus. it was packed as the tubes were shut by then. not good.
  21. I have been in London for 4.5 years now. Coming for the quite comforts of Australia, I have never experienced anything like this. I have seen these things on TV before but never been in a city where it is happening. Even though the attcks seem to be small in relation to what happened in New York, and Madrid, still makes you wonder. I suppose I can be glad that I walk to work. If I had caught the tube I would have passed through two of the stations that got attacked. I also have a mate that tried to get on the bus that blew up. It was full then about a minute later he saw it blow up. frightening.
