  1. Misery loves company Ice ,but you have a long ways to go before you can match our misery, a long, long ways, God Bless and take care my friend
  2. Thoner shouldn't have been so cocky about the situation that he didn't use some common sense, and its not OP's fault. Everyone and there mother was trying to tell me Cam Newton was going to suck in the NFL once upon a time and I imagine it would have been real easy to make some lucrative bets. I won't make bets on forums anymore because the odds are already stacked against you when betting with alias's. So you need to calc that into your formula along with injury. (you mentioned), I'm willing to bet had it gone the other way Thoner would want his money...
  3. I agree with you here and I had a snowballs chance in hell of winning my bet, but I did, even though Trent was the starter week one and gone two weeks later. Someone wants to spew off at the mouth on something they are so certain of that they make a foolish bet, then they should pay up. Do the honorable thing Thoner and pay the man
  4. I followed Trent with the Jags and as you all know I was a big fan of his and while I'm still a fan of Trent the person now, not so much of a fan when it comes to Trents play. Not sure what the problem is or was, but he's afraid (or refuses) to throw the football down the field. Perhaps after all this time he can get back to where he was before whatever happened to him happened.I know some folks say he has always sucked, but I disagree, something changed him for the worse.
  5. You have no reason to feel bad about it, the same thing happened to me with pushthepile and I'm sure many folks thought he was a good poster. Push even said his Dad was a retired police officer. I wasn't trying to run the guy out of town(forum) but you expect people to honor there bets. Its not your fault...
  6. true that, although mine was a sure bet, all joking aside and I made it with Trent sitting on the bench at the time with the odds stacked against me.(I'm honest to a fault and would have paid the man)
  7. Good luck on collecting, posters have a tendency to fade away into the night on bets for cash, got burned on a $100 bet over Trent and Pushthepile never posted here again(under the same alias) I'm not saying the poster you bet with will do this,(OP) but the odds are against you in my opinion.
  8. Not as much a position of need in my opinion as LB,(not saying he's not a good pick/player) Hightower in the 2nd sounds great...
  9. I attacked a specific post and a specific type of post...not the Bills or all their fans. But I am sure you are going to rationalize it to be however you want to spin it. more lies...
  10. I'm not even going to bother reading all of your BS (above), but this is the comment/post I was refering to and theres only one way for it to be interpreted. These lame as threads and lame ass comments are a big part of the loser mentality and loser culture known as the Buffalo Bills. Culture: the set of shared attitudes, values, goals, and practices that characterizes an institution or organization Buffalo Bills: Pro Football Organization Loser: something doomed to fail or disappoint and you say Its my reading comprehension thats screwed up ...
  11. I'm not the one putting down the Buffalo Bills/fans.
  12. why don't you find a new team then asswipe, and stop spreading your BS here...
  13. All players are not defenseless, you are looking for ways to make yourself right when you are not, helmet to helmet and defenseless receiver are two different rules. Give it up...
  14. Not true (all to defenseless players) I totally disagree with the rule unless officials want to start flagging offensive players for leading with the head. (unfair to the defense)The game is way to fast and there is no way for a DB to predict what the receiver is going to do with his head. As far as defensless receiver goes, If a defender launches himself and hits a receiver before he gets both feet on the ground and is prepared to take the hit,(defenseless) you will in most cases get flagged.(doesn't have to be helmet to helmet)
  15. Do you want to bet? A helmet to helmet hit is when a player uses his helmet to strike an opposing player in the helmet. Due to the severe nature of the injuries that can occur as a result of this type of hit, helmet to helmet hits are penalties in the NFL, whether incidental or deliberate. Defensively, helmet to helmet penalties are usually flagged during the process of making a tackle. However, the penalty can also be enforced on an offensive player making a block or a defensive player making a block after a turnover. As far as defensless reciever goes, If a defender launches himself and hits a reciever before he gets both feet on the ground and is prepared to take the hit, you will in most cases get flagged.(doesn't have to be helmet to helmet)
  16. It doesn't get called on the offense and defensless reciever and helmet to helmet are two different rules.
  17. Owners have the right to hire whom they believe have the best credentials regardless of race.
  18. If the Bills do have any brains, They'll draft Upshaw at 10 I agree 100%, and how about Hightower in the 2nd
  19. I've been bundled, can't stand TW and they can kiss my ass, Thank God I've got XS for my Bills/Sabres games...
