  1. I'm not praising him, just saying a low wonderlic score doesn't mean as much as people make it out to be.
  2. Wheres Fisher coaching next year? Young will be a starter somewhere before the season begins
  3. Vince Young scored a 6 his first time win loss record as a starter 30-17, and thats a QB Wonderlic scores are way overrated in my opinion. Athleticism and being mentally tough under pressure trumps wonderlic Fitz aced the wonderlic(or could have) whats that got us?
  4. I agree Bill from NYC, Mallet has one hell of an arm, Bledsoe is a great comparison
  5. I agree John, nobody in their right mind wants to hear that Fitzpatrick is our QB of the future and its nice to hear RW's confirmation that he feels the same way.
  6. What he said I agree, Its very possible Cam Newton will be the first pick overall in the 2011 NFL draft.
  7. Heres a link verifying it http://seattletimes.nwsource.com/html/sports/2014265856_apfbncoltssandersreleased.html
  8. I respectfully disagree Senator, picking 3rd theres no reason for smokescreens, it only discourages other teams to even try to trade up with Buffalo by saying Buffalo wants a QB, so whats the motive? RW wants a playoff/ championship caliber QB and what Wilson/Brandon wants Wilson/Brandon gets...(or tries to anyway)
  9. If you find me a replay of the game I'll point out the hit, cant believe I'm not able to find a replay of the damn game!
  10. I quote :When I asked about the pain he was in, about the big hit in the fourth quarter that left him awfully slow to get up, Newton smiled for the only time and said, "I'm OK; it was worth it." And he added it wasn't just one hit that put him in a golf cart. http://sports.espn.go.com/ncf/bowls10/columns/story?columnist=wilbon_michael&id=6010585
  11. Listen to the Cam Newton interview after the game, right out of the horses mouth he says that was not the only big hit. Don't try to tell me what I seen and didn't see, I've watched Newton all season, even the coaches knew there was a problem with Newton throughout most of the game. Tell me this Einstein, how is the hit that almost knocked Cam out(the one you're talking about) and didn't come anywhere near his back cause a severe back injury? It didn't, the one I'm talking about that caught Newton square in the middle of the lower back did the most damage.
  12. Sounds like Wilson is anything but satisfied with the play of Ryan Fitzpatrick which is good to hear. My hopes are Cam Newton will continue to impress and be a Buffalo Bill one day soon. Thanks ball of Beer
  13. Tight End Kyle Rudolph in the 2nd would be my option If he was listed
  14. Sure I watched it, watched the Tigers all season long. Cam Newton took a helmet to the middle of his back in the 1st quarter and played with injury from that point on. The Auburn Tigers never would have even sniffed the BCS National Championship without Newton and Nick Fairley would be an afterthought playing for a 500 football team.
  15. Cam Newton is the QB and LEADER of the National Champion Auburn Tigers football team and 329 of the total 519 yards of offense was because of Newton, What, you think because the Auburn RB did his job(Micheal Dyer) Newton shouldn't get any credit? Get real
  16. 20-34, 256 yards passing, another 64 rushing and a QB rating of 137.82 Cam Newton despite a severe back injury he suffered in the 1st quarter led his football team to a victory in the National Championship. Most folks probably wouldn't even be able to walk with the same back injury much less play QB. Statistically, Newton one of the best ever http://espn.go.com/blog/statsinfo/tag/_/name/cam-newton
  17. I doubt Cam Newton will make it past the Washington Redskins so the fish will have to do some trading If they want Cam Newton in my opinion. My hope is he won't make it past Buffalo
