He should fight Jack Massey or Joe Smith Jr. to see if he can stay upright against a real ranked Cruiserweight. That said, it wouldnt surprise me to see him fight McGregor at some point.
That would make sense. McGregor has experience in sham fights and is basically a washed up former fighter turned social media personality at this point. He checks all the boxes.

Yeah guys just grab an Uber 20 minutes before the game, totally doable…
Just drop me off at the corner of Abbott and Southwestern, driver. I don't need you to go the gate or anything. 5 stars and a $5 tip, of course.

I agree, no more screens or throws behind the LOS for Samuel. Throw to him downfield 8-20 yards. That's where he will thrive.
Shakir and Coleman are the only two WRs who should be catching anything behind the LOS.

Saw that Levi has been optioned to Rochester.
Makes sense to me based on his play. It is disappointing that we went into the season planning on him being our backup only to send him back down again. That was a rather obvious error right off the bat.

Irrefutable proof? No. Does it lend credence to that theory? Definitely. Bernard and Benford are big for this defense because they are match up pieces. The Bills have three guys of that ilk on this current defense - Taron Johnson being the third. And in that game in January the first two were injured and Taron was playing hurt.
We need to get to the playoffs with those three, Ed and Groot healthy and firing. If they do there is enough there on this D while our O keep scoring 30.
I think our offense has yet to show their full potential. We have seen Samuel emerge the past 2 weeks and begin to look like the player we were expecting to see when he signed in free agency. Cooper has yet to be fully integrated in the offense due to injury and lack of familiarity with the playbook. Coleman continues to trend upward pre-injury. All of these guys healthy and in the mix with Kincaid...could be special if we are managing 30 points a game with Hollins playing significant snaps.

He looks significantly faster these past two weeks. That change of direction and body control on his TD showed what a healthy Samuel can do. I love the fact that KC and the rest of the league still have no idea what this offense looks like with Kincaid, Samuel, Cooper, and Coleman all healthy and in the lineup.

This was the best the Bills have defended the Chiefs in the Mahomes era IMO. I was impressed with how aggressive we played them. They are going to get theirs and you live with that, but the goal is to keep them below 24 points and create some negative plays and we succeeded on both counts. Mahomes looked confused for much of the game and our pass rush plan worked better than I've ever seen it against the Chiefs.
Mahomes is really missing Rashee Rice. Their offense has the same problem ours did before the Cooper trade. They just don't have a WR who consistently wins.

Bernard is critical to this defense in ways that aren't apparent on the live broadcast.
We missed him badly last year in the divisional round vs the Chiefs. Kelce being held to 8 yards definitely has a lot to do with Bernard in the lineup.

It never ceases to amaze me that people get so worked up about Taylor Swift. Grown men working themselves into an absolute lather over the fact that a TV broadcast occasionally shows a pop star in a luxury box.
What does she do to upset people so much? Sit in a chair and watch her boyfriend play football? Get excited after big plays? Smile?
She is literally just a human person who is watching a football game. I cannot for the life of me understand how her presence triggers so many men.
For the "well we just see too much of her! They're forcing her down our throats!" crowd: Does her being shown for (at most) a collective 80 seconds of a 3.5 hour broadcast really bother you that much? Does it bother you more or less than seeing the same Applebee's and Draftkings commercials 79 times per game? Does it bother you more or less than all the camo and flyovers and "salute to service" stuff?
Does the presence of a pop star at the game really sully the sacred football viewing space so much that it warrants such irritation and hatred from people? Just feels like very thinly veiled misogyny to me. Men who are infuriated by the sight of a happy, successful, rich woman enjoying herself. God forbid!
Bunch of snowflakes. Quit being 10-ply Charmin soft and give yer balls a tug.
I'm old enough to remember watching 2 hours of Tedi Bruschi's wife's live reaction to the game play we were missing. I can handle 5 seconds of TayTay in a broadcast. It really hasn't been that bad since the first game she attended against the Jets last year. The networks acknowledged that they had gone overboard and have toned it down since. I'd rather look at her than Fireman Ed or some other "super fan".

This may be a controversial take, but I actually thought there were a lot of positives to take away from last night's game, like...
Sorry, I couldn't think of any. The Sabres looked like complete ass in all phases of the game. That was a disaster. I don't think this team has any faith in Levi and I don't blame them. His save % is 0.870, and he is averaging 4 goals a game. Lindy needs to decline penalties until Tage gets back. Power play was a disaster.
Who wants to be above 0.500 anyway? Not me.

Jake Paul (as much as I despise him) is going to win this fight. With the 14 ounce gloves and 2 minute rounds, I don’t see Tyson knocking Jake out. I would guess that Mike has 3 maybe 4 rounds in him before he turns to mush. Wanna bet? 😂I don't think Jake Paul takes any fights that he might lose whether its due to careful selection of opponents or pre-arrangement.

I saw this Instagram short where in Thailand, you can living in luxury. Very nice condos are like $60,000.
Maybe I will move there.
Our game plan is retirement in Indonesia. Thailand and Malaysia would be 2nd and 3rd choices. Definitely somewhere in southeast asia depending on stability and safety once we get into our 50s. My wife is indonesian and I loved what I have seen of the country to date, so thats the leading contender.
USD goes very far in that part of the world. Most of these countries have strong property laws as well. Of course having my assets nationalized is a threat.

I can't imagine this guy being able to withstand body punches from Tyson. I think that boxers lose their legs and reflexes as they age, but not their ability to punch.
This should be good.
I don't think this is a real fight. I don't think any of Jake Paul's fights have been real fights. I consider this a sideshow similar to McGregor v Mayweather. Maybe this one doesn't end up with a YouTuber knocking out a retired has been and both participants in this farce get to look good. Perhaps a controversial decision. That would certainly set up well for a 3 fight series.

I could be convinced to consider the same thing. If I saw what McDermott actually said.
So far in this thread I have yet to see a single post with an exact quote of McDermott's statement.
I see some paraphrasing and the ensuing reading of tea leaves, but not a direct quote from the man himself.
It wasn't even what he said. Its more about his body language before and after he said it. The subtle weight shift and the crossing/uncrossing of his arms, you can tell he thinks Amari is faking it.

I agree with that, there was a shot on the sideline at the End of the Tennessee game where players were hyped and players were giving each other fist bumps etc. And someone tried to do it with him and he looked annoyed, then gave this fake "whatever " smile / look, then went back to looking annoyed.
There have been some shots of him at practice where he just didn't look happy to be there. It's just a culmination of things that seem off that bother me. Add to that he allegedly had been cleared to play but just feels wrong or sore or whatever and it adds up to a guy that doesn't want to be here for me.
And I'll say I might be wrong, but there is too much smoke for there not to be a fire imho
Thats not smoke. That is one man's bizarre fixation with smiling on the sideline.

You aren't sitting your franchise QB for a game like this lol. What kind of message are you sending to your team?
The league might have something to say about benching 50% of their marquee matchup and week 11 narrative.

Chiefs - 26
Bills - 20
Too many injuries among our pass catchers. Our linebackers get abused all day with the misdirection game and Kelce is inexplicably wide open all day.

NHL rumblings: Ken Holland’s new role, early trade market, tampering, CBA and more from GMs meeting
LeBrun from The Athletic:
Trade rumblings
• League sources say the Buffalo Sabres are among the busier teams phoning around sizing up the trade market. I asked Sabres GM Kevyn Adams about that Tuesday, and he said, “I believe in this group, but at the same time I am looking into every possible way to improve our roster.”
Said one rival team executive about the Sabres: “They’re looking to do something big if they can.”
Interesting. I wonder what they would be targeting. A second line center and/or wing? A goalie? A Samuelson replacement?
All of the positions I think could benefit from an upgrade are currently occupied by young talent some of which we have already made significant financial investments in. Don't know if that's consistent with a long-term view.
And who is our trade bait? Quinn?

I just hope everyone makes it out of that game with their joints intact.
Detroit was built for blowing out hapless schmucks. They've been in close games against every quality opponent. I'm not ready to crown them.
