I mean Sean has to be right eventually

he Has single-handedly cost Josh Allen 3 comeback victories in close games this season

    patriots

    broncos

    eagles

Don't even talk about the Pats and Broncos games.  Those games never should have come down to the wire.  The offense held a combined lead in those games of 4 minutes.  As in they trailed absolute trash teams all game and woke up for one scoring drive in the waning minutes of the game.  Josh Allen and the offense pissed away 6 quarters of football with turnovers and horrendous play creating the conditions for their heroic comebacks.

We are not making the playoffs. Even if we do, we are certainly not winning a Super Bowl. Let's chalk it up to being a learning year and be ready for next year with Milano back, etc..

If we make the playoffs its because we won out beating Miami, Dallas, and KC.  If the Bills manage to get into the post season we will be the last team in the league any anyone wants to face.

The Browns have beaten both the Niners and Ravens, and two of their three losses are to teams that are currently 6-4, presently seeded, and they lost both those games by 4 points.

That's a little different than the Jets.

Not sure how they're doing it, but those are the facts.

The Browns are now starting their 3rd string QB. So while those games did happen, I don't think they're all that relevant to future performance.  Dorian Thompson Robinson's first start was against the Ravens and they lost 28-3.

The Browns D might be the best in the league. If Walker and DTR play reasonably well at QB then can win games

    Its like the Anti Jets

Browns are exactly like the Jets.  Have been all year except for Watson's 2 good games.  They barely outscored the Stillers.

Texans play the Jags, Broncos, Jets, Browns, Titans (twice), and at Indy to end the season.

I see 3 losses there max.

I don’t see the Browns losing more than 3 games.  They freaking won at Baltimore.

    The Steelers are a joke.

I don’t see a WC path at 10-7.  The Steelers have 3 conference losses.  They play the Bengals twice, New England, Indy, and at Baltimore.  Where are 3 losses here?

The Browns beat Baltimore with Watson at QB.  The Browns are playing their 3rd string QB.  I don't see a lot of wins in their future.

The Chief’s drives against the formidable Eagles defense.

Drive #1:    5 plays, Start at KC 25,  -5 yards, PUNT

Drove #2:  12 plays. Start at KC 20, 75 Yards, TD

Drive #3 :   5 plays, Start at KC 25,  3 yards gained,  PUNT

Drive #4:   9 plays, Start at KC 30, 56 yards gained, INT

Drive #5:   9 plays, Start at PHI 45, 40 yards,  TD

Drive #6:   8 plays, Start at PHI 46, 21 yards,  FG

Drive #7:   6 plays, Start at KC 21,  32 yards, PUNT

Drive #8:   5 plays, Start at KC 29,  8 yards, PUNT

Drive #9:   16 plays, Start at KC 25, 54 yards, FUM

Drive #10:    7 plays, Start at KC 37, 24 yards, PUNT

Drive #11:    6 plays, Start at KC 25, 3 yards,  PUNT

Drive #12:  9 plays, Start at KC 9, 25 yards,  Turnover on Downs

The Chiefs had good field position for most part of the day but couldn’t really move the ball.  It resulted in 6 PUNTs, 2 CDs, 1FG and an INT along with a Turnover on Downs.   The Eagles defense shut down the high powered Chiefs offense.

The one thing I observe is that the Chiefs had a total of 12 possession, something very unusual.  It indicates that the Eagles offense also was not that great.  If the Bills can take advantage of an average PHI Offense, may be they can fend off the Eagles Defense with our own good offense.  It will be phenomenal if this team will be able to pull off an upset on Sunday evening.  Go Bills !!!

High powered?  That has not been my observation. They are 16th in total TDs scored this season.

Nowadays we build our houses closer to the road.

Back in the day you could buy a house and a few acres of land for a bushel of huckleberries.  We didn't have to live right on the street. A man could support a family of 13 on a single unskilled manufacturing wage.  People were much tougher back then.  This generation is soft.

I just don't feel bad about people who make millions of dollars who had to deal with a rare cold shower when many many people lack such monetary privileges and deal with similar or worse conditions....Older generations of football players dealt with worse for much less pay if you read accounts from NFL history.....I still love football but the league has gotten soft since the 70s-90s.....Today's generation of NFL players are the most pampered out of all generations and something like this wouldn't have been a story decades ago (think Ronnie Lott who chopped off part of a limb to play or Emmitt Smith who played with a separated shoulder or Favre who played with numerous broken limbs and concussions would have complained about cold water? No lol)

Its barely a story today even with 24/7 digital media.  In the linked article no player even complained or discussed the cold shower.   The Commanders spokesperson reported the stadium malfunction.  You are simply looking for an opportunity to launch into a well rehearsed rant about the downfall of western society.

These guys sit in ice baths and cryo freeze themselves to recover.  Back in your day they smoked a pack of Marb Reds and drank a 12 pack of Billy Beer.  You really think they can't handle a little cold?

I grew up in a rural small snowbelt WNY town and had to walk about a mile up my family's  stone drive way (wooded drive way) to the bus stop and stand there in numerous snow storms for anywhere from 10 minutes to 40 minutes (bus driver was often late in the winter and drove like a maniac) due to my school never closing during a snow storm (sat on a bus for 3 hours one morning because we got stuck in the snow during a storm). There was no waiting inside for the bus to come and then walking out (like I see kids doing now)...

So yes soft generation now a days....

Deriving your self worth from your ability to withstand cold temperatures as a child is an interesting perspective and I wish to subscribe to your newsletter.

First world problems. When I lived overseas in Russia where I taught English, heat was turned off by the central heating authority in the summer (heat is pumped in to apartments by a central government location) so I had to take cold showers daily for months. The fact there's complaints about this from grown men is pure first world softness. America is going downhill.

We are falling behind to cold water countries!!!

We got Buffalo sports for better than 5 hours straight. Bills doing well. Sabres got to get back to scoring. Tough without Tage, but there's still enough talent to get back on track

    Nice day for Buffalo sports.

Cozens needs to get it going.  He and Tuch will need to pick up the slack left by Tage's absence.  It would be nice to get anything out of 4th line.

Krebs, Jost, Girgs, and Okposo getting outproduced by most of our defenseman.

I know this is going to come as a shocker to you so you might want to stand up. A QB can get rid of the ball faster than a defense can arrive. It's sort of like science or something.

And if the pressure gets there quickly that is usually a good outcome for the defense...sack or no sack. Weird, I know.

Basically...he feels badly for Dorsey because he's a good friend.  He spoke with him and Dorsey is upbeat.  Says things just just didn't work out.  Optimistic for his future.  Frasier spoke about his own derparture.  He was basically burnt out after all the drama of last season (e.g. Damar).  Spoke with Tre.  He's had his surgery and is rehabbing.  They reminisced about their time together.  He thinks the team can rebound.  He picked the Bills for the Superbowl and has confidence McD can right the ship.

So basically none of the scapegoat crap being posted on this Board by people who choose to read between the lines without actually reading the lines as well.

    Altogether a good positive interview.

Frazier is a class act.  He was never going to trash McD or the team.

every nfl head coach is a dictator.  that's what they are hired to be.

the biggest issue w our team this season is how close we are.  losses of d players suck, but the d has held most opponents to a pretty low point total.  yet they give up scores vs bad teams on 4th quarter drives most weeks, and when they didn't (nyg, tb) they come super close to giving the game away at home vs bad offenses.

our O turns the ball over terribly, and looks out of rhythm on like 5 or 6 of every 8 drives.  they are super predictable and make bone headed mistakes over and over.  yet, allen has walked off the field w a lead, or was driving to the end zone more or less every week of our last 6 games, and we have a great td% and epa and all of that.  yards per play is top 5 in the nfl too.

good situational football and better play calling/feel for the game would turn some of these close losses into wins, and frankly that's the difference between champions and no one's in the NFL.  an ironic stat i saw is that while our td% we have even since week 4 has been good, our fg% is awful.  once we get out of our own end, getting a FG here and there would put us in a pretty sweet position to win these close games.  some advantage play calls allowing the o to gain a few more yards, or the d to get off the field earlier, or slightly better punting, or any combination would set us up for wins.  all of that is a coaching issue.

so mcd is a dictator, but he's supposed to be.  that's fine.  but if he's a dictator who won't accept accountability and no idea how to right the ship, he should be sent packing once playoffs are out of reach to send a message that this is simply not acceptable.

Are you suggesting that NFL coaches aren't democratically elected officials?
