  1. it is. To dream a dreamers dream clanking pots and pans to scare the Crows away, and the ghosts too. cuz they are scary things. Best way is to yell so very loudly so you cannot hear yourself think. This works pretty okay most times
  2. This is the penultimate goal. Maybe thats the culture Sean was alluding to ? I will hang dearly on to my curmudgeonry as long as I am able ! I have a bad throwing shoulder, for real. Maybe some underhanded slow pitch shade. But that's about it from me means you have to move the hammock or lounge chair. Trees do it all the time. well this season has been a bit unusual so far. But i have read that we are riding dangerously close to a cliff. and it will appear suddenly. Likely next game we lose the load will shift with great inertia toward a good old emotional breakdown for some of us. How about a big injury? Gonna happen, can't stop it.
  3. you should worry. It's good form. I am. who are the Bills WR's again ?
  4. Don't it though ! tis true enough just the same.
  5. As long as Kyle and Jerry are playing, i won't worry about revved up
  6. who's next though. That's always my concern. Depth
  7. no kidding. it sure doesn't. but it is "the way of the NFL" ride it out I say.
  8. aint nuthin wrong with that 716. you are a good Kid it seems. Now back to Bills football. Is Gaines starting this week or....
  9. thought there might be a good story. Coaching is hardly just calling a game. Some folks forget the passion needed. that is one reason i still enjoy the game as much as i do. it is not the NFL per se. It is watching a Team work towards achieving greatness. I loved Pop Warner football. Watching the young Fellows develop skills that went well beyond the game itself. One of the features I do enjoy about this Team, they do seem to be playing as One. Really have not seen such focus in years from Bills. even Dareus seems an afterthought as the Buffaloes show no quit. This year is actually the one I have been waiting for. Not the W/L column. But seeing a team effort top to bottom. T White has exemplified the message. Head up, play ball for the team. and it will come. Trust the Coach dare I say ?
  10. Cam. it's funny. whatever happened to the world? She tosses it back and the world keeps spinning . no problem. tears of great remorse, I can only hope..
  11. John Mackey #88 That is who I would pick. I applaud this !
  12. Or you mighta tumbled and lost the ball. You recovered it, secured and got the turnover. He was delighted. Coaches, y'know !
  13. The heads up play against Sanders sealed it for me. he earned my respect right there. Kewl!
  14. Yep he would get behind his man and not see the ball
  15. Darby has some of the best make up speed i have seen. Even when he is turned he gets back to the play. His second year he looked just as you described him. He got all Leodis. I think if he played for Frazier the ball would be in front of him more, and he would know where the help was and take some risks. Trust the process is all i can say on that one Bud You were. and were also not the only one. I was interested to see how would fare in Phila.
  16. I blame every players back sliding on Rex. I mean that very seriously. If he does not fit McD' big picture that is one thing. A reason Jim S picked him i up i would imagine. That move surprised me quite a bit
  17. Nice insight Limeaid. Never considered that aspect
  18. damn. Now thats High living
  19. awful and i laughed anyway
  20. of course it it is.just having some fun. not much. some.
  21. I think we should consider a welcome to Buffalo event. Some nice pastries and a walk about town/ Coffee and more pastries after words. Richard is a sensitive fellow and likely appreciates the finer points that life offers us each and all. Knitting is nice for a bachelor of his age I like the zoo
  22. I only notice him a little these days. But regardless of age. He stills does kick butts
