I approve of this post. and thanks for details how they used Jones. One of the reasons I was adamant about getting to Big Dude to play between the O guards , generally , Is to spell each other sneaking in for some situational 3-4th downs. Gotta keep the Big Boys fresh and offenses off balance. These boys both could make for some sweet packages as well I am already thinking about ! Love talking about the new Rooks 😉 and critiques of all sorts But I am going to stay hyped about these guys as long as possible The new D line Coach and defensive Coaches have some new tools/toys to play with 👍 and have some faith these were all very purposeful picks

Part of my thinking pre draft , is how to we shake Oliver free to do his thing. Give him one or two guys who can be the new improved D Jones. Seems Bills might agree with me on this one. Groot and Bosa and that guy who is suspend will likely see more positive results as well. The Dline is improved , if they coach these guys to the best fit and scheme. Expecting adjustments now and as hoped , because of these two picks and Hairston who will play press well. Hopeful anyways Is he ? Washed I mean ? He could still be rotational player , and perhaps renegotiate ? Knowing he certainly is on the decline for sure

But would he be willing ? And and as long as he picks the right gap lol That wingspan and vision to react quickly at the line of scrimmage is a pretty nice asset to develop

Allow CBs to play more press off the snap I don't feel McBeanes sees it my way lol Draft aint over nor FA and players shaking free later to fill some needs left though.

well they did seem to improve the offense overall , with getting Josh a highly functioning if not dominant O line with depth. That was a huge need. But yes , needs to win Championship games by improving that defense all around still Go Bills

Some of Us wanted the defense tweaked a bit so Oliver would be able to get those one on ones he excels at as penetrating DT. Hoping they take a real 1tech later on at least. and I will stop being a bit disappointed in this pick. Shame they traded away for him . But we will see.
