From a monetary standpoint , I agree. McD is not one to move on from his homegrown players easily. Elam is a fine example of hanging on too long AJ is serviceable or better , and yea McD is really about his 4 man rotation up front. So he still fits the mold Sean wants up front imo

To be your counter here. AJE will play better/be more effective with an improved middle of the line (hopeful). He is a role player and will not be much more. But he can be schemed to become More effective. I am not dumping that guy at this point. If we had picked up another potential beast in FA ? Maybe my thinking would shift to move on from the young man.

Yes , that's how he was used. And then he would come free while Josh still had the ball and on his third or fourth read. I was not suggesting he bocome a primary target. And since you mentioned that feature correctly and I agree I was not thrilled how Bills used TEs last few years and hope for more from Brady this year. The new guy is Morris replacement and read he can catch the ball too

1st LOL at "PED twins" awesome I wonder if Beane ever wanted to make a run at Trey. I would have, AND spent for him. There were a few options pre draft. But Beane made a fine effort to upgrade the Whole Defense this offseason imho

Have to play the other side here. We don't know Colemans ceiling considering the hand injury etc. We might know what Gabe brings to the game. As far as bringing him on / Lets see how how he recovers. Might be a reasonable addition mid season depending on injuries. 👍
